Kevin had some of the best customer experience i’ve ever experienced in my life. Genuine guy serving us with a real smile. Not to mention the quality of food is amazing. I definitely recommend !

Buffalo chicken fries from chicken shack used to be my favorite. Until i moved to Henderson and had to start going to this location. Here, they smother them with way too much sauce (to the point of soggy-ness) and the shredded cheese is always cold and not melted at all. after months of second chances I've written off this location.

We went in today for the first time. The supervisor serving us was so friendly and nice. However, the food did not live up to the hype. The fingers and fry’s were so salty it was hard to get through, and we threw out most of it. The wings, however were very good. The ranch dipping sauce was good, but the jerk and Korean bbq were so similar that it was hard to enjoy. Sadly, we will not return.

Seen another review similar to what mine is gonna be like. This place had some of the best size fingers around. Not anymore. It’s a shame this is obviously the route they are going forward with, keeping them smaller as this is the second time noticing. The fact this size finger/nugget made it in my tray is just awful. Gotta do better than that, especially with competition around that area.

A few night’s ago I stopped at this establishment and very happy to have done so. The service was more than phenomenal and the food just as good. Thank you for your hospitality u all are doing an amazing job. Looking forward to revisiting.

This place used to be so good. Now they have the smallest tenders in town. It's insulting how much they charge for a tender the size of a boneless wing. And they ALWAYS mess up on Togo orders.

I went in last nite to pick up my order- this location is amazing. These ppl know how to do wings right! They read the notes in my online order and made my wings perfectly. I love this place! The chicken is also much better than wingstop.

It is also cleaner than the other chicken shacks I have seen in town and the staff are so nice and efficient.

This is my new go to place for wings. Thank you!
