Tl;dr - Food quality is acceptableAt best, service is very poor, cleanliness is poor.I normally have good experiences here and wouldn’t take the time to write a negative review. But after tonight I will not be returning to this location.The food was acceptable at best (the tenders have really gotten smaller) but the reason for the poor review was the service being bad…. Like REALLY bad.The first issue was it took 10 minutes for the order to be placed. Not because it was busy, but because the cashier genuinely struggled to put our orders in the system. She asked us multiple times what we were ordering and had to make numerous corrections and start over three times. I had asked for BBQ sauce to be tossed with the chicken (not as a side dip) and the screen put it as a side; when I asked if she put it tossed she said “yeah that’s how it is”. We paid with a mix of cash and card and she tried to give us change for money we weren’t owed, which was concerning…. I had some confusion about the experience at this point, but I was just ready to eat so I put those aside.We got the food in good time and I checked to see if mine was done as requested, but it was not (I also ordered a side of ranch extra that was missing). I went back up and politely asked the cashier for the ranch I paid for and if my order could be corrected, but she pulled up my order (I think?) and hit me with a “but you ordered the BBQ on the side and you didn’t get extra ranch”. The extra ranch was CLEARY on the receipt, but to my dismay, she put the BBQ as a SIDE and not tossed like I asked, so I was SOL there. The chef came up and then said “it’ll be 89 cents bro” for the ranch even though again, I paid for it already. Eventually, he realized his mistake and gave me the ranch, but BBQ thing was out of the question. It wasn’t really worth the extra trouble at that point, so I just left with what I was given. But I was surprised by the lack of… competence with the cashier. I understand she might be new or training but this was a very challenging interaction from the start.I hope management addresses this opportunity and does a good cleaning inside, because a lot of people are not going to come back if this is the new norm. I’ve never had this issue with the other locations, so I’ll be going to another spot moving forward.

Omg My mom and I enjoyed this place. She love the chicken, just how she wanted it. Man this chicken bomb .We like that it's fried chicken wings. And sauce and seasoning are on point. Service was super fast and fresh ? down my favorite wing spot now.

Wow. This place has really gone down hill. Nearly $20 for the smallest chicken strips I have ever seen. An additional $.89 for a second flavor on 2 of the 5 strips. I will not be going back. Save your money.

I usually enjoy chicken shack, but the last couple of times I've gotten food from this location, my order has been messed up. Now I'm going to have to travel back to the Tropicana location when I want it.

Came in and tried ordering the chicken and waffle sandwich and they were “out of waffles”. Tried ordering a side of beans and they were out also. So I ended up ordering something I didn’t even come for and the guy wearing a red hoodie asked why I didn’t tip.About 4 days later i tried calling to ask if they were still out of waffles and it rang and rang and no one answered. So i drove in to the chicken shack hoping they had what i came for originally and they were still out. The one in the red also needs to be trained on how to not yell and by rowdy in the back because it doesn’t make anyone have a better vibe.

I have ordered twice now from the Rancho Rd location. I gave it a second chance tonight and I regret it because they totally screwed up my first order and I ended up getting my order refunded thru Grubhub and tonight they screwed it up again. They do not answer the phone when I tried to call for a correction. I have learned my lesson tonight and will not give them any more chances.

The food is so good I personally love their tenders, their fries are also very good with good seasoning. The service was awesome never has been bad or rude always serving me with a smile on their face! The energy of the whole store is positive I love it here try it if your near by!

This place has really gone down hill, long time customer and i can confidently say that the quality of the food and service has gone drastically. Chicken strips are very small , I used come here because of the big strips but this is my last time . The Henderson locations are still the best .

Incredible service & even better fresh, yummy food! Was my first time coming & I wasn't disappointed at all! The 2 gentlemen at the cashiers box were spot on, polite & great!! They made sure our food was perfect & we had everything we needed! The place looked & felt clean, it was super quiet & laid back! We enjoyed our time there & our food, thanks you guys!

We had a wonderful experience the cashier Khalil K. Was very attentive . The cooks in the back brought out the food quickly . Food was cooked really good . Khalil had great customer service skills, seemed like he was educated in his job and took the extra time to explain the menu to us. For sure will be back !!

This location consistently sucks. Not only is the actual place dirty as hell and extremely understaffed, but they are always out of stuff.My latest Chicken Shack misadventure just happened - I waited 25 minutes for my food because they forgot I was there lmao. Ridiculous. The employee offered to remake my food, went to the back to presumably ask his boss, I'm assuming boss said no, because I was told it was still warm. Let's hope so.Avoid like the plague. Everything here is sticky and greasy.

A couple weeks ago I went to pick up some food from my family and this is the man who prepared it for us while he had a cigar hanging out of his mouth. The manager AJ reached out to me, saying we will place your order due to the holidays I just got back in town and called him and asked him can I pick up my order he said no, and hung up on my face, I would really like corporate to reach out to me. Your manager is unprofessional.
