Damn hot? More like kinda hot.. In all seriousness though, the tenders are tasty, the fries are even tastier, and the ranch is addicting. Service was quick and easy to order, the food stayed crispy and hot even 10 minutes later to get home. My only complaint is that the tenders could've been fully coated in the sauce, I think it's just poured on top, which is fine but.. Full coating is better. I'll definitely be coming back!

First time and I’ll be going back. Nathan had great suggestions and was friendly with my order. Chicken was tasty and the garlic fries were amazing.
I haven't eaten yet, so I don't know about the food. Sunday 07/14/24 2:52 pm. Place was a complete mess. Tables filthy, floors filthy. Ordered a combo-upgraded to large soda. Pay for my food to go. Tipped the guy. Get my large cup-there's no soda. NONE!!!!!?!. Oh, by the way. They were also out of large lids. So even if I did get a soda, I couldn't put a to go lid on. You think this guy would have told me before I spent the extra money. I wound up giving the cup back. He said oh it's been a long day. I bit my tongue but I will tell you this. First time at that place-last time at place.

Give that guy Nathan a raise! Great customer service, quickly gathered tables for our party of 11 while the other workers stared from behind the counter, he was the only one who took it upon himself to cater to our large party, even though it was clear they were caught off guard at first! The cook in the back was attentive to what we were going to order and got out food our quickly, presented amazingly; everything was golden brown and delicious, we ordered 20 tenders and 25 wings a few sides and drinks. We ordered all sauce on the side and got plenty of them; just an overall great experience! Thank you guys so much! Attached is a photo Nathan was kind enough to take for us.

This place holds a deep sentimental value for us as we used to frequent it with our late father, who's been gone for a decade now. The whole staff was great, but Nathan was exceptional. He not only accommodated our large group but went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable by swiftly arranging four tables together.From the moment we placed our order, the service was prompt, and the food arrived at our table in no time, piping hot and bursting with flavor. Each dish was a culinary delight, reminding us why we've always loved dining at The Chicken Shack.But beyond the delectable dishes, it was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff that truly touched our hearts. Ordered a # 2 and the workers attempted to serve me old Chicken fingers and stated they was less then 10 min old .Told him I would rather have fresh and I will wait .Yet he still tried to get me to take the old ones .What the hell , I ain't trying to be sick either.
