First time trying the chicken shack recommended by a friend who used to come here often years ago. Even he apologized for reccomending this spot as he said that they changed portions and that its not worth it. Aside from the portion size and the fact that canes at least gives you bread and better fries and chicken for around the same price, the food was Mediocre. The chicken was small and not that flavorful aswell as the fries, small portions with no lowered price. The worst part is their chicken wings. They are SMALL. i would be better off making wings at home these are comparable to dog treats they're so small and mediocre. Not enough sauce is given & charging almost a dollar for more is ridiculous. Blu cheese is 3$ that's crazy. As other people mentioned, food came out surprisingly quick, leaving me to assume it was not made fresh. Overall food & price is terrible, had to go home and eat pizza instead.

the downfall of every company comes when you change the product that originally impressed and brought people, the customers, the value, to you. unfortunately the offerings of this company are as shown in the picture, the size of a toy car per finger, as of 2/24/2024. i present it so you can possibly save youroneynor get a better experience at a different chicken finger place, except canes they also have lowered their size to about this same level. i will be showing my reveiw shortly about them.

First time eating here!! Wings & fingers were fire, I’ll definitely be back.
After ordering three 6piece chicken meals and sitting in the lobby. The worker said it was done within five minutes. In the moment I do not think anything of it but after eating the food, it was clearly evident that they had re-fried the chicken for a couple minutes and resold it as if it was made fresh. staff did not move during these couple minutes. The chicken was drench with sauce, which was a tall tale sign that it was not made fresh check.

Food and service were top notch as always! I had the double shack with cheese & Bacon! Phenomenal! The establishment was very clean. Employees are very friendly and engaging! I have never been to a Chicken Shack that didn't exceed all expectations!

I’m only posting this as a warning for anyone that may eat here. The chances of getting food poisoning here are way above average… I’ve been here 10 times in the past decade, and I’ve now gotten food poisoning for the 2nd time from the chicken shack. The reason behind this is because they always have new employees, and they will in fact serve you undercooked chicken. As a loyal customer of the chicken shack, I advise you to stay away until they care about properly training employees. This problem has happened to me at the Maryland location across the street from the University. Just go somewhere else it’s not worth getting sick for
I come here atleast once a week for the covered damn hot fingers I always get the 5 piece with a large ranch and fries.Should also note as a diabetic accord to the nutrition facts the fingers are OK for diabetics.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp spot and some handicap parking.

I ordered a grilled sandwich but when I got home, it was 2 pieces of dried fried chicken. When I called to complain they had no grilled sandwich order so they wouldn't re-make it. It was cash and I told the girl with her hair hanging in the food that I didn't need my receipt, so.....I DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

My girlfriend stopped in on a weekday afternoon after getting some tattoos in the same shopping center. We were starving so everything looked delicious. We both opted for the three piece finger combo. I love that they have SO many flavor options as well as a ton of dips. I decided that plain fingers were the way to go since I wanted to try the fry sauce as well as the jalapeño ranch. We sat down and waited about 5-10 minutes for our order. I will tell you this is very close taste wise to Canes. The chicken was juicy and crispy which is the perfect combo. And I loved the jalapeño ranch, it definitely had a nice kick to it. I was only able to finish about 1 and a half fingers and some fries. They are very filling. Definitely would be back to try more of their flavors next time and of course more dips! *side note, this location has specials for UNLV students with proper school ID*

Worst chicken shack experience I've ever had! I ordered the five piece combo, three sauces, and I was charged extra for all three. 0 sauces come with the combo at this location. I added on a small macaroni salad. The drink cup has shrunk in size, as has the sauce cups. Yet the price has gone up. $22 for that! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant for that!! The quality has also gone down hill. The salad was so bad I ended up throwing it away. It tasted old and had a weird texture. The chicken was over cooked and dry...and super salty. The floor was sticky throughout. My experience at other shack locations has been much better...skip this one for sure!!
