We were looking forward to picking up some chocolate after our dinner across the hall. The signage all stated they closed at 8pm, we arrived at 7:36 pm Monday evening and they were locking the place up. Disappointing way to end my fiances birthday

I walked into the shop as the ONLY customer and the lady behind the counter kept stocking the shelves. She reacted to my questions, but didn't seem too interested in my business. I ended up buying $40 of chocolate and was sadly disappointed. Save your money and buy a bag of Lindor Truffles (SO MUCH BETTER)!
We had a good time at the Golsen Nugget for a few days. The first night we were in the gold tower but it wasn't that nice so we paid a bit extra for an upgrade to the Rush tower doe the rest of the trip. It was a huge difference. Rush is definitely the way to go. The pool area is fabulous but we only had one day that was warm enough for the pool. We had a few issues with the cleanliness in our room but the hotel staff were friendly and quick to address it. Service on the casino floor was hit or miss. We were playing blackjack and our first night was fun and we had great dealers and waitresses. The other nights were not as good. All in all it was good but if we come back to stay on Freemont we will probably try a different hotel.

Our family got to enjoy the pool while it was still nice out. There were plenty of lifeguards that made us feel safe. The slide was my sons favorite and I got to enjoy to lay out. Awesome service from the ladies getting our food and drinks.

Overall one of the greatest places we have stayed. Beautiful casino, friendly staff, simple, quiet for vegas, the room was pristine. Right on Freemont, close to everything you need also. But I rarely wanted to leave here. It was perfect.

Our stay at the Golden nugget is always amazing! The location and price is great. The restaurants and staff members are always great as well. We always stay at this location we love being able to Join the party on Fremont st by just walking out of the hotel and coming back to take a break when needed.

Wow what an amazing hotel! Staff was super friendly and the views were gorgeous while walking around the hotel. I LOVE the aquarium! The ability to gamble in the pool area and the slide were a huge bonus!
