We had a good time at the Golsen Nugget for a few days. The first night we were in the gold tower but it wasn't that nice so we paid a bit extra for an upgrade to the Rush tower doe the rest of the trip. It was a huge difference. Rush is definitely the way to go. The pool area is fabulous but we only had one day that was warm enough for the pool. We had a few issues with the cleanliness in our room but the hotel staff were friendly and quick to address it. Service on the...

Our family got to enjoy the pool while it was still nice out. There were plenty of lifeguards that made us feel safe. The slide was my sons favorite and I got to enjoy to lay out. Awesome service from the ladies getting our food and drinks.

Overall one of the greatest places we have stayed. Beautiful casino, friendly staff, simple, quiet for vegas, the room was pristine. Right on Freemont, close to everything you need also. But I rarely wanted to leave here. It was perfect.
