Worst service I’ve ever received. First time I went in to purchase something and my partner had an undesirable exchange with the manager over a sizing order. It’s not about paying for the larger size or the price of a smaller. It’s the way you speak to your customers and offer solutions. There weren’t any… I’ll be filing a complaint with Town Square management as you’re a representation of their property as a tenant.

Best location for the CB&TL. The baristas are good enough here to make a big difference. The other coffee bean and tea leaf places taste kinda bad... But this place is great. Give the employees here a raise!

Town Square below Milano Restaurant. There are 2 gendered restrooms inside; no key required. There is outdoor seating too.
Decent wifi/bring laptop space for a weekday morning/day due to no one really around. Unsure how afternoons or evenings are here but imagine weekends to be packed.
Small seating area of maybe 6 tables (fit 2).
There are 2 outlets next to tables (that can fit 2 or 4ppl if put together). They are across the room from each other. If you want access, you have to be at either tables next to the outlet wall. Or you can bring a small extension and see if that table next to the outlet is willing to share.

Rude staff who worked on Sunday 08.04.24 between 11 am and 12:30 pm.

The place was beyond dirty. The chairs/couches were very sticky. They should definitely clean the place more. Also, the drinks were very big. Make sure you don’t let them pressure you to get the 24 oz, because it’s huge.
