The experience was extremely unpleasant. The staff lacked basic customer service manners, giving rude looks and laughing openly ( a customer asked what the name for the order was and they started laughing). The tables and floor were dirty, forcing us to clean them ourselves with napkins. Surprisingly, there were very few available tables, and the management’s decision to charge $7 for water added to the disappointment. Additionally, they lacked outside heaters despite the limited space indoors. The music was so loud that you couldn’t hear any conversations.This combination of poor service, cleanliness issues, and lack of amenities at just 10 am raises questions about the establishment’s standards, and I’m curious about their RevPas and ADR with such disappointing performance. MANAGEMENT, do something about this hectic hospitality.

My recent visit left me utterly disappointed and in discomfort that persists even now. The scalding temperature of the latte I received yesterday morning was not only unpleasant but has left my mouth sore and tender. Despite the presence of two staff members, their apparent lack of attention to detail was alarming. While one engaged in superficial conversations, the other seemed entirely disinterested, with his back turned to customers. This negligence in ensuring the quality and safety of the beverages served is unacceptable. It is deeply concerning that such a basic oversight could result in such discomfort and inconvenience for patrons.

I came to visit this city and all I wanted was to drink coffee with my own thermos and finally I found my place. They put my delicious coffee directly into my thermos. The coffee was fresh. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We just got tea. It was good, but so is the tea I have at home, only more expensive. I think I will have tea at my house next time as there was very little seating and all the tables were taken.

After reading a lot of bad reviews we decided to give it a try because the location was so convenient. Honestly, we had a great experience! The guy behind the counter was so happy and kind and just overall super pleasant. The girl running the register was also super sweet. I was about to buy a $7 water bottle and she let me know that they provided free water if I would prefer that. The coffee was delicious as well as our breakfast. No complaints from us. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Everytime I come here it's the same worker with her same attitude. I had a coupon from Coffee Beans Instagram profile for a "But 1 Get 1 Free Coffee" and it said was to show the barcode. So I did that and upon doing so the cashier and "manager" (Which I don't think she was) said they couldn't accept it because they needed a bar code to scan even though the coupon didn't say or mention that was needed. I showed them the coupon and they just had a blank look on their face like they just didn't wanna be there. Overall very unprofessional the way it was handled. Get better staff not just kids wanting a paycheck!!!
Always enjoy the vanilla latte with oat milk here. One of my favorites of all the commercial coffee places.

In the town center section next to Mora. Very clean and friendly staff. Ordered the Vietnamese coffee and a regular medium coffee. Interior and exterior sitting options. It's always nice to be able to sit relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while having a nice view. I say check it out.
