The service is poor. Person taking orders was very rude and impatient.

Best location in Las Vegas, they are so good about remembering the regular customers and their orders. They go above and beyond and they make the drinks good consistently.

I ordered off uber eats today because I couldn't drive over to coffee bean. Uber Eats doesn't let you add liquid sugar or my ice cup, but the morning crew recognized it was me and added it to my order without me even having to ask, which I am so grateful for. Both the opening and closing crew are exceptional.

The cashier working was kind of rude. I had a hard time seeing their sizes on their menu board and was trying to figure it out and he seemed impatient taking my order.

I don't come here often so I'm not familiar with your beverages. For now on will stick with Vesta, Peets even Starbucks for my coffee fix.

Here visiting Vegas took a nice walk and stumbled upon this place. Cute atmosphere The vegan banana bread was amazing and delicious Nikki made me a sugar free coffee creation that was absolutely perfect as was her service with a smile ! That girl is a customer service gem !! Plan on making this a daily stop during my visit.

Lived closer by over a year and first time coming here. Got ice blend caramel with whipped cream. Tasted good. Price cheaper and size larger than Starbucks. Quiet relaxing atmosphere to work. Not too many people.

I usually don't give 5 stars. I give 4 if they're really good, but I have to give a 5. The coffee is good, and prices are reasonable, considering the economy. But why a 5? All because of the manager Nessa. A wonderful example of professional, attentive and extremely friendly service. She's fantastic!

New favourite coffee spot. I've been going here for years when I was overseas. Glad I found one nearby.

Can't say much about the atmosphere because we went through the drive-through, but coffee and scones were good.

Extremely friendly and efficient employees, and this location is close to home! Drinks always come out perfect. My favorite is the caramel blended drink. When it's super cold put I go with a hot caramel latte or a Cafe caramel (I'm big into caramel in case you haven't noticed).Prices are decent and the rewards program is great. I've never ended up disappointed after a visit to this Coffee Bean location!

Came to this location on Thursday 9/28 around 730am. This place is full of friendly people and they’re very good at their jobs. Except for one thing, I’m vegan. I asked for a vegan drink and was recommended a cookie butter latte. The employee told me it was vegan but it’s not. I drank about 4 sips before I became violently ill. It’s not okay to recommend a drink you’re not sure is 100% vegan to a vegan. So even though they’re friendly they cost me a day of work. And my recovery from 4 sips of dairy has been extremely difficult. Please do not do this to anyone else, I feel like I’m dying. You could really hurt someone who is vegan, it’s not funny or okay. Please please please do not e to do this again. If you are unsure of what to recommend do not guess just tell them you don’t know. Again suggesting the wrong type of drink to a vegan is detrimental, DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN! And what upsets me most is I said it repeatedly that I’m vegan and even when he suggested the drink I asked him twice if it was vegan. And he lied! If I really wanted to make scene I’d drop names in this review but I’m pretty sure they know who they are. Thanks for getting me sick, and costing me a days pay. Hope it was worth it.

Vegetarian options: They’re unaware of what menu items are vegetarian or vegan. They made me sick by offering me a drink with dairy in it when I specifically told them I’m vegan. I said it more than once and even when he suggested my drink I asked him twice if it was vegan and he said yes. Then I leave work and spent the rest of the day in pain and vomiting.
