This was my first time visiting The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Grand Canyon Parkway, and what a pleasant surprise! Compared to the big-name coffee chains like Starbucks, this place stands out in the best way.
The staff is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable about their coffee, and take the time to make you feel welcome. My cappuccino was absolutely perfect – rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. And the prices? More than fair for the quality you get.
A calm, inviting spot with great service and fantastic coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Amazing wifi/study place with laptop. New modern furniture. Spacious. No one ever here. Strong wifi. And it's near LVAC if looking to workout before or after your WFH moment. Nice spacious outdoor patio space with a wide open design.

JUSTINE has a horrible attitude and should get a a different job. The way she talks down to customers is unacceptable. I go to coffee beans all over the world and will never return to this location. They gave me a cup of colored water as my drink. Zero flavor on the tea and stale pastry that I could use as a hammer. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
Did drive thru thought it had a long line, it moved quickly. Pleasant greeting at the speaker and welcoming hello and smile when I got to the window.

Worst experience in a coffee shop, the girl had the worst costumer service skills and call back to speak to the manager (just to give them the feed back, I did not wanted anything for free or discounted) Maddy answers and said that there was nothing she could do. We sure wont be going to this location any more. I was never disrespectful and the barista was so agonizingly disrespectful. But what ever is guess in this location staff get away with treating paying customer like dirt.

While I've always enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere of this shop during my visits, I've recently encountered some disappointments. My regular routine involves swinging by the drive-thru on my way to meetings, but lately, the coffee has been consistently tasting burnt. Although I've politely requested remakes on several occasions, it's disheartening to face this issue repeatedly.
Today's visit was particularly disheartening as the woman at the drive-thru seemed rather unfriendly, possibly due to the overwhelming rush. While I typically appreciate the friendly banter from baristas, it was noticeably absent today. It's concerning to witness a decline in the quality of service and products at this establishment.
While I've always preferred this place over Starbucks, the recent string of negative experiences is concerning. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address these issues promptly and restore the high standards that initially won my loyalty.

I recently moved to this side of town and I am so happy I stopped to try this location after having bad experiences at other locations. Arly is so friendly and has GREAT customer service. There was an issue with my app and Gracie took care of me and made sure I got my bday coffee. I look forward to coming by and getting coffee because of the excellent service

There is an employee named Isaac that has the best customer service! I go through the drive through often and I always know when it's him because he is so personable, informative with new drinks and suggestions, and I never feel rushed. He's genuine and seems happy to service customers. I rarely leave reviews but he goes above and beyond and I wanted him to know that he's appreciated!

Maybe CoffeeBean shouldn’t nickel & dime their regular customers for a literal splash of half & half to an already $5 drink. “Per policy, we charge for a splash of milk.” Seriously - not a great way to get tips.Over this business and its unreasonable “policies.” Really unfortunate that upper management can’t solve their payment issues, either.Not to mention the multiple times my drink was made incorrectly and I had to pull back around to explain how even though I asked for it correctly, the person didn’t put my order in right. Maybe make sure everyone repeats the order back to the customer?
