I love my Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The staff at this store no matter how often I visit--they're phenomenal! Kind and Friendly. My drink of choice is a Hot Chai Tea Latte with Soy. I purchased the Vanilla Powder and the young lady took the time to explain how to use the powder for a great drink. Thanks to all and know you are appreciated!!

Melody is the best.Didn’t see the drink my nail tech and I wanted on the online menu so I called the store to see if it was discontinued. Melody answered, she was very nice and helpful. Just got my door dash order and it’s great. Thanks again Melody.(P.S. sorry if I spelled your name wrong.?)

Haven't been here in a very few long years. I had a crazy craving for some vanilla chai, so went and did the drive through before work. Thank goodness there was no line and ordered a large hot spiced vanilla chai tea. The service was fast and the girl at the window was really sweet. But tell me why it was almost seven dollars for a drink!?!? Never thought I'd be that older person who remembers when it was less expensive. LOL! Despite the sticker shock, the drink was just how I remembered it. Yummy.

This customer service is here is rude and unprofessional. I had an email saying there was a $5 large drink after 12 pm til closing. I went there about 6 pm& they tried to tell me it was over at 5 when it clearly stated til closing. I still ordered the drink, but when I got to the window they just looked at me like they didnt make it.

The barista was coughing and I felt really uncomfortable. His coughs sounded wheezing. I wanted to get a bagel but instead, I got a sandwich that's already wrapped so he didn't need to touch it. I had brought my own coffee mug. I used sanitizer in my car immediately. Sorry for feeling sick but if I am a manager, I would send anyone home especially if someone has wheezing coughs. Coffee is still good. The sandwich was good.
