Please save yourself a headache and do not go here. The baristas do not know how to accommodate any sort of customizations. They will literally argue with you as if you can’t have your drink the way that you choose. It has been this way for years. I stopped going to this location a year ago after an employee disrespected me on Christmas Day by talking crap about me when I could visibly see her and hear her in the cracked window. I have driven away from this drive-through so many times without picking up my drink because of the horrible interactions with employees. Try to order through the mobile app if you have to come here because talking to the employees is an awful experience.

This is the location I try to go to because it's closest but they don't really participate in the Coffee Bean loyalty program! Any special offers you get in the app or email, they do not acknowledge! I've tried several times to redeem different offers. Only once did the offer work, but they limited the choices for the offer even though on the app, I can do any drink.
Which brings me to the app. The app doesn't work well for ordering and most of the time, the online ordering doesn't work for this location! I can add stuff to the cart, but then it never lets me check out. Today, I tried, and it kept giving me errors because of the milk I want to choose. Not this locations's fault but the other problem is that online ordering seems turned off a lot for this location.
Otherwise, the atmosphere of the cafe has been great and seemed mostly clean. The coffee has been alright! I haven't had bad drinks here, maybe subpar or great but not terrible or inedible.
I would say that for customer service, I've been treated alright or even pretty nice, but I've heard the same person get irritated or annoyed quickly at the person infront of me at the drive-thru. And if I want to be honest, I think it was because she had an accent. Which raises a few questions. I...don't have an accent so I was treated fine over the drive-thru speaker and when I got to the window, I was still treated great (I'm not white). I just think the person has no patience to try to understand people if they have accents. I know it can be frustrating, but I wouldn't lose my temper or show my irritation like that to a customer. Being a barista can be daunting, but please treat people, especially customers, with bare minimum kindness. At least the customer actually learned English and is trying. It takes time and some intelligence to learn a second language. I usually see people who only know English as a language get irritated at those with accents.

I go to this locations maybe twice a week because it’s close to my house. And I always go to the drive thru and the people who works in the drive thru have no customer service at all. They’re so rude and even when I thank them and tell them to have a nice day I just get a blank stare. No acknowledgment nothing. Today I went to the drive thru around 2:30 and ordered my drinks I told the girl thank after she handed me my order and I kindly asked for napkins so gave me this face like she was annoyed but I thanked her anyway and told her to have a nice day and she just gave stared at me. And this is not the first time it happens everytime she’s working the drive thru. She's just so rude and have no customer service at all. I don’t think someone like her should be working at a place like this and representing coffee bean especially because she has very poor customer service.

Slowest service. Getting one caramel blended can take up to 15 minutes even when there is just one car in front. Also they are always out of ingredients.

My go-to for specialty coffee drinks. The vanilla lattes are top notch. Blows Starbucks away by a mile. Employees know their regulars and are mostly delightful people. Highly recommended!
