I placed an order online to be ready at 906 walked in and again not ready. All I order is 1 cup of coffee nothing special. These employees are rude and they dont acknowledge when someone walks in. Never going back. I'll stick to the competitors. Revised my review as for the past 2 visits its been nothing but waiting for my 1 cup of coffee! Good riddance!

Had never had an issue with this location, alls been good. This man is only there occasionally but he was very rude when we pulled up 5 minutes before closing time. I understand why it would annoying, but if he felt so strongly about it he could’ve dismissed us through the speaker and told us they were closed. He definitely didn’t handle the situation the best he could, and it’s honestly sad to be treated like that when you have no ill will. Just wanted a coffee man.

I could give this review less than one star! The food and coffee were DISGUSTING! I didn't know of mold until I read the reviews and spoke to a few folks! No wonder the food tasted so stale and weird.They should not be serving moldy food to customers as that is a health hazard. This makes me think of other disgusting things they might have. Do they spit into customers' food/drinks? Wouldn't surprised me.A few of the employees were rude, lazy, and even unprofessional. The employee with the green hair will not do anything and forget about your order every time, even if you are the only person in line. I had to ask where my order was to get it finally and watch what she doing. Is she high or what?!?!Few of the employees seem racist as they give evil glares or ignore Black people coming in, but are very friendly when white people come in

This location doesn't accept all coupons that you get sent in the app. Very inconvenient to have to call to make sure they accept a coupon when it gets sent to you on THEIR APP. Coffee is expensive, honor the coupons.

I went to this place Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf tried the vanilla chai tea very delicious and I had mine's hot because it was a cold and rainy day perfect ?️ it's a must try if you haven't tried already hopefully I'll get a chance to try some of their scones and sandwiches but the tea was

I came to this location for the first time ever but I’m not new to CB&TF.Anna was kind and friendly, which makes sense because as I left, her name was on the door as the general manager. She should be so proud to have such an amazing team.I ordered a dark chocolate ice blended with coffee. My boyfriend doesn’t like coffee but he LOVED this.For the non coffee drinkers, give this one a try.The interior and exterior were nice and clean. Such a pleasant spot amongst a busy area.
Overall, I have had a good experience here. Quick service and drinks have consistently tasted the same. I usually get Vietnamese coffee, and my mom likes the Swedish berries drink. Just be careful because when they add sweetener, it's very sweet, so either specify light sweetener or forego it all together if you don't mind unsweetened drinks.

Absolutely disgusted. Had a pick up order placed of a carrot Bundt cake. Got home and ate 2 bites and instantly noticed an odd taste. After looking closely I saw the cake was completely covered in small spots of mold. After calling the location the person on the phone almost laughed it off. Operator then admitted that their pastries have been going bad quick but still was trying to toss the blame our way. Ordered from this place multiple times in the past and I don’t think I can come back to this location.

Possibly one of the dirtiest coffee shops I've been to in a while. The place is small, drinks are filled with sugar and the service is mediocre. I let the lady on the register know how dirty it was and that my coffee spilled on the floor (since they overfilled it) and no haste or rush and urgency. 5 people working for this small little coffee bean. My drink is too sweet to even enjoy, had to empty about half of it. 6$ for sugar.... K. Never again. Now I know why I don't go to chain coffee shops. Ew.

I post this with a heavy heart, I come here often and this location never fails me, but I decided to branch out and try the breakfast food this morning. Whatever you do don't get the feta egg white and spinach burrito. It's literally just feta cheese.
