The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I love coffe bean ! I am working at the planet Hollywood for 4 years and the location there are amazing ! People are nice and service is very good !!

How ever ! This location is the worst in Las Vegas. So rode lady’s special the young with the blonde hair ! I bought a coffe cake together with my coffe and the cake was dry . This rode lady when I back to say hay can you replace it for me or something look at me with this rode face and say NO you ate that .lol I showed her its brand new she argued with me they not replacing I bought that so I take it . I told her get me you manager so the lady next to her understand they not doing ok with me told me I will return your money . I was so in shock when the manager came she was even more rode then the lady’s … all I wanted is to replace my 3$ coffe cake that was dry !!! Worse employees in the world shame on you coffe bean for having those people in you location !

Went there twice last week when we were walking through the mall on vacation. Treated ourselves to a very good coffee, wonderful muffins and fantastic apple rolls. There isn't much seating, but we were lucky and there wasn't anything going on. Lady was nice too.

Great experience, customer service was excellent. I will recommend.

Coffee, tea, soft drinks as well as sandwiches and cookies are available if you want to take a break from shopping. Prices are ok. there might be a queue as there’s usually one person at the tills.

I ordered black tea today morning and I was not sure what was funny in that . The staff who took my order whispered something to her colleague and smiled. This sort of behavior is not appropriate.

The new guy with the dirty blonde hair has really good customer service, is very quick, and helped me get the best drink ever!! of course the dude in the black beanie made this amazing drink.

Very respectful staff. Takes very good care of their loyal customers. The coffee is Great. Johnathan and Liz are super respectful and courteous. I got a cold brew and it was amazing. Wife got a hot mocha also amazing.
