Friendly Staff!!! Decent coffee and cheaper than Starbucks! I highly recommend over any other coffee shop in the planet hollywood. Service was great and fast! Did not have to wait long at all for coffee!

Must goto for coffee, James and Nathley were absolutely the best. They wouldn't let me leave until flavor was just right. Talk about amazing customer service. That's hard to find these days. David from Jacksonvile fl,,, ,coffee number 3, Amber and Allen did a fantastic job matching that of staff prior, will be back tomorrow for round 4 if not again tonight,,,Dec 11 Jennifer was early to open and Kat was back , superb coffee, Jennifer has slippery fingers but great Danish catcher

Waited around on 12/2 for them to open at 7am. Time rolled past 7am and no employees opened the shop. Finally, 10 minutes later they come and claim theirs traffic from the races (which is over and no longer causing traffic) so they won’t be open until 8am. Poor excuse and customer service, they should have sign up and hire more reliable employees that can open the shop on time. Sad too, as that was the best coffee in the plaza.

Lame coffee and lame wrap

Friendly fast service. I was in the area for 4 days, went every day. Better than Starbucks. I had a latte no flavoring espresso was a little harsh but good. (I make my own espresso at home so i can be a bit snobby) My favorite was "The Original Mocha" iced blended. I also had the vanilla which was good. My friends were also happy with there drinks. The cappuccino my friend had was a bit harsh also. Overall highly recommended. Wish the was one in my home town. Prices are expensive but fair for vegas

Awful customer service every time I stop here. The employees are generally unpleasant and are very short with any answers when asked a question. I understand that it is busy, but there should be a basic level of hospitality extended at any business. I will also be submitting a complaint to corporate as I was treated very poorly this morning. I don't think I will be stopping here again. Avoid this location if you are in Planet Hollywood. There are two Starbucks locations in the hotel with much better service.
