I just had the worst London fog of my life. I also ordered a burrito and it was not great. All for nearly $19. I ended up throwing the drink away. Really nice checkout stadf but drink and food were horrible.

12/3/24 approximately 6am I received the WORST customer service from the cashier. Not happy at all with no greet just taking my order and handing my receipt. More interested in talking to her coworkers. And as I received my kids bagels, I was not handed my brewed basic coffee, and as no one mentioned anything as they are turning their backs and talking to themselves, I simply asked about my coffee and she snapped at me and said “can you just give her a chance to make the coffee!?” Another costumer was shocked as I was and I said “I was just asking about my coffee since no one said anything, and you don’t have to be rude”. She said “you’re the one being rude and not letting her make the coffee”. I said “I have kids here” meaning that’s not how you talk to someone by yelling at them and she said “I have kids too, I got 3. You ain’t the only one with kids”. I got my coffee and said “have a blessed day” and she said “yeah you have a blessed day too” and proceeded to talk shit about me as me and my kids walked away. The other costumer looked at me and smiled and shook his head because this outburst from a worker over a question was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. If this is how you train people to treat customers, I do not recommend your establishment to anyone. The one star was for getting our 2 bagels and brewed coffee for $15. Zero for the service and atmosphere.

Thanking the employees at the Coffee Bean in LAS for restarting my Traveling Thanksgiving this year with a smile and wonderful food - but especially the smile.

Was served by the rudest member of staff on the planet by the name of Kenyetta, started a full blown argument with me after muttering under her breath about me coughing In the queue. My mouth was covered whilst doing so and I Unfortunately I don’t dictate if I have a cough or not.

Needs to be taught some serious customer service skills, horrible attitude problem and not what I was expecting at 7.30 am when trying to get a coffee. Hopefully the management see this and have a word.

Well- I got a free drink- but only cause the barista messed up their friends order. And speaking of, it took like at least 4 minutes for her to even notice us, then she talked with her friend so long she forgot to make my drink. The other coworker made the drink wrong and didn’t fix it, giving me more water than the actual drink I ordered and completely forgetting the oat milk :(

Absolutely nitemare. Counted at least 5 staff, meandering behind the counter. Chatting, talking, laughing like they were at home. Customers were CLEARLY interrupting their day and nothing more than a nuisance!!
