Great little coffee stop on my way to the terminal gate. Staff were polite and friendly. The line was long, but zipped through in no time. I enjoyed adrip coffee and a muffin. Highlight, is they have a wonderful restaurant seating area where you could sit down and enjoy your coffee comfortably.

There is a young woman who was working may 31st around 5:50 pm I told you how I ordered a chai at the last airport and they pretty much gave me 90% ice. You made me a chai and were a ray of sunshine. The chai is amazing your personality was so sweet. You are exactly what I needed on my connecting flight! I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Loud screaming literally and carrying on laughing like you wouldn’t believe with whole staff. Most unprofessional staff I have seen. 5-22-25 terminal 3 1:26pm.

A great coffee shop at the airport. I ordered a regular size of the signature matcha latte. It tasted decent and authentic. However, they gave me a half cup of ice, even though I told them light ice.

The cashier ruined my morning.

It was 6 a.m., and I went out with my family to grab some coffee. As we placed our order—a cupcake, an iced drink, and a hot mocha—the cashier, a Black woman, seemed a bit grumpy and distracted. I had a feeling she missed the mocha, so I clarified, “That’s three items in total.”

When it was time to pay, she mentioned that tap doesn’t work. I inserted my Amex card, but it failed. Without giving me a chance to explain that I hadn’t tapped it, she said in a condescending tone, “Didn’t I tell you tap doesn’t work?” I tried inserting it again, but it failed once more. I finally paid with a different card.

After getting the receipt, I noticed one item was missing—the mocha. I let her know and asked if she could add it. Her response stunned me: “I can’t be sitting here redoing my work. Order your drinks properly.” I was speechless. I didn’t say anything else, knowing it would only escalate the situation, but she really got under my skin. What a way to start the day.

She seemed cheerful and chatty with her coworkers—why couldn’t she show even a little kindness to her customers, especially those with kids?

P.S. The barista was quick with the order, but the drink itself was underwhelming.

Ordered a dirty chai. Got the grossest, most watered down chai I’ve ever had. Waited 20 minutes for my danish, they never called it. Had to fight to get someone’s attention to ask for it to be filled.

Quinton clearly enjoys his job and tries to uplift people with laughter and positivity. I truly hope people are treating him kindly. Him as well as the hard working team deserves praise and prosperity. Can't wait to come back again soon.

Drinks are ok but the service was bad. The servers were condescending to us and were “rushy” but were being friendly to the other customers for some reason. We felt uncomfortable.

The iced coffee was good. The person working that day was fast and lovely.

I just had the worst London fog of my life. I also ordered a burrito and it was not great. All for nearly $19. I ended up throwing the drink away. Really nice checkout stadf but drink and food were horrible.

12/3/24 approximately 6am I received the WORST customer service from the cashier. Not happy at all with no greet just taking my order and handing my receipt. More interested in talking to her coworkers. And as I received my kids bagels, I was not handed my brewed basic coffee, and as no one mentioned anything as they are turning their backs and talking to themselves, I simply asked about my coffee and she snapped at me and said “can you just give her a chance to make the coffee!?” Another costumer was shocked as I was and I said “I was just asking about my coffee since no one said anything, and you don’t have to be rude”. She said “you’re the one being rude and not letting her make the coffee”. I said “I have kids here” meaning that’s not how you talk to someone by yelling at them and she said “I have kids too, I got 3. You ain’t the only one with kids”. I got my coffee and said “have a blessed day” and she said “yeah you have a blessed day too” and proceeded to talk shit about me as me and my kids walked away. The other costumer looked at me and smiled and shook his head because this outburst from a worker over a question was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. If this is how you train people to treat customers, I do not recommend your establishment to anyone. The one star was for getting our 2 bagels and brewed coffee for $15. Zero for the service and atmosphere.

Thanking the employees at the Coffee Bean in LAS for restarting my Traveling Thanksgiving this year with a smile and wonderful food - but especially the smile.
