I wanted to surprise my best friend in Las Vegas with some cookies, but I am all the way in Michigan. They made the whole process so easy, there were many options to choose from, and they delivered it on the same day. My friend lives in a gated community, but they were able to get it all figured out and got the box delivered just in time! In so grateful they were able to help me brighten my friend’s day from thousands of miles away. Thank you!

I was having a hankering for CARAMEL APPLES. I didn't see caramel apples as a regular menu item so I went ahead and I texted to see if they can make caramel apples. To my delight, someone answered and scheduled me an order. They were ready at the time/date we scheduled. Next time I'm going to say "hold the apples, just give me the caramel." The caramel is made fresh and was incredible!

Talk about service above and beyond. The delivery was also above and beyond what I would expect. A very busy hotel was the drop point and it was handled seamlessly. Not only was the birthday gift package beautiful and tasty, my 21 year old niece was so impressed because it was so elegant. You guys are tops in my book. And a big thank you from all of our family.

Extremely easy to book and great communication! I used the Cookie Bar for a pop up cookie + ice cream event for work and it was spectacular! They got to choose from 4 different cookie and ice cream options and everyone loved their treats! Will definitely use them again! Thank you for a wonderful event :)

I have placed multiple orders with The Cookie Bar and I absolutely adore their "Buzz Kill" and "Snickerdoodle" cookies. The cookies are neatly packaged, delivered in an adorable gift bag, and always fresh and indulgent. I even sent some to my friend as a gift and she loved them, they are the perfect present. The owner of the store is very considerate and thoughtful towards their customers; I received a beautiful handwritten letter thanking me for my repeat order! It was so kind of them to remember me and it meant a lot to me. Additionally, the "Crème Brûlée" cookie is a must-try!! They offer many different options to choose from and their prices are great.

I needed a last minute birthday surprise for someone. The cookie bar made it completely seamless. I put in an order online for the birthday box and specified the delivery date. I was worried about the delivery since I had never ordered from them and hadn't heard anything since the initial email but I sent them a text and they responded right away letting me know it was being prepped for delivery. I probably could have not texted but I was worried it wouldn't arrive. The box is beautiful and I was told that they hand delivered it and even said Happy Birthday themselves. I loved being able to add a card and a balloon. The balloon made it a little more birthday special. Thank you for the great service!

The cookies are great but the other deserts are amazing! The rise crispy treats are really good but the PB kitchen sink is like the dessert of my dreams. I highly reccomend it! The only thing that would have made my experience better was if I bought more!

I unfortunately didn’t get to sample the cookies myself as I live out of state, though my dad says they’re phenomenal. The service was top notch. I entered the delivery address incorrectly and the team reached out to me promptly and couldn’t have been nicer. The order was delivered on time despite my blunder. The price seems very fair for what we got. Thank you!!
