I got 4 cookies for $20 and it was not worth it. The cookies were okay. They seemed like they’d been sitting a while and were hard around the edges. I had a chocolate chip walnut, cereal, s’mores, and peanut butter cookie. I’d rather bake toll house at home and save my money. Also this business is not black-owned, but uses hip hop and black culture to sell cookies. The owners have nothing to do with hip hop. Just profiting off the culture. They got me. Do your research first! I won’t be coming back.

The girl at the front was SUPER sweet and helpful, I came at @945 and I could tell she was getting ready to close, but she still the took the time to explain all the deals and flavors and even put them all back on display now that’s customer service!! I really do hope I enjoy these cookies lol

Man, I thought that we've found an alternative to crumbl but unfortunately, they're still much better. Was excited for these flavors but these cookies have such a weird consistency. They look like hockey pucks and taste like it. Was really excited for the keto cookies but they're so strange. Maybe the sweetener they use but each bite taste...cold? Cool? Idk know how to describe it but it's weird. The plastic containers are unnecessary for the keto cookies too. I asked for them to put it in paper or something less wasteful but got a funny look and was told no.

I absolutely sad the cookie plug is no longer with us here at the eastern location I learned this a week ago when I tried to go visit I was literally in tears! Why? This place was absolutely fantastic I just wish they'd survived at the location one of the best places in this plaza. There other location is about 40 minutes away what a bummer! The best cookies here in Las Vegas hands down!

The cookies are amazing! They are huge cookies crispy on the outside gooey on the inside one of the best tasting cookies I have ever had!! The staff was very friendly and patient there is a lot of options so they get it lol! Once you decide the colts are boxed up and ready to be taken and enjoyed my kids loved these cookies and couldn't get enough!! The place is set up almost like a dispensary it's very comical! I love all the displays that play off of that super !!

This was our first time visiting The Cookie Plug place and these are hands down the best cookies we have ever had!The cookies are so soft , they are not too sweet at all, they have perfect balance of flavor and texture.Their cookies are what the cookies should be, slightly crunchy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside.Our favorite are : s’mores and snickerdoodle, they literally melt in your mouth, all of their flavors are so yummy and you can’t go wrong whatever you choose.They have so many delicious flavors to choose from and they even have keto cookies. All of their cookies are BAKED FRESH DAILY and you can taste the freshness and the quality of the cookies.They are JUST PERFECT COOKIES!The store is very inviting, organized and super clean, this is definitely the cutest cookie store.Love the vibe of the store and the graffiti decor. This location is family owned and operated. We have met the owner Jordan and his family. They are very friendly, very nice and welcoming. They are so courteous, so passionate about their business, so knowledgeable and overall wonderful people.We have had such a pleasant experience, thank you for everything!It is a MUST TRY cookie , definitely worth the visit! We highly recommend them !

Amazing cookies, beats the pants off Crumbl any day imo! We had the cookies n cream and the strawberry cheesecake and they were both fantastic. Easy to heat up at home. We also had great service as first-timers, the fellow behind the counter explained each cookie to us. We’ll be back!

I wanted to love this place bc I didn't want to be a consumer of the other pink cookie box but none of us in our household la la loooved them. Their store is clean, spacious and the staff that helped me on 12/26 at around 1pm was very helpful, kind, answered all my questions and provided the best all-around customer service one could ask for. I opted to try most of the cookies and got the 12-count. My fam and I are cookie fanatics- like, we should all be diabetic from eating so many cookies and girrrl, we still have at least 2/3 of the box left two days later. They just don't hit the spot. Idk what it is. Maybe they use shortening instead of butter? So, would I be back? I'm on the fence. They do sell keto cookies on deck, daily!!! That's a plus for anyone trying to reduce their carb intake.

The cookies we got were the OG chocolate chip, Red Velvet, Cookies and Cream, and Sugar cookie.... to be quite frank, the best one out of all of those was the cookies and cream... I would assume the best one would be the chocolate chip, but there was no balance to the dough and the chocolate. I love the idea... I just didn't love the taste.
