Not as advertised. 5 tables were sitting at breakfast 10:00 waiting for food. Completely self-service with a random bar in the middle. Food came out cold and over cooked eggs. Gave 1 star for cleanliness only!

We recently visited The Crack Shack and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Even with the restaurant only about 25% full, the service was noticeably slow.
We ordered chicken tenders for our kids, but they came out soggy and undercooked, which was really disappointing. The adult sandwiches weren’t much better, overcooked and lacking in flavor. The fries were probably the highlight of the meal, but even they weren’t good enough to make up for everything else.
On top of that, parking at the MGM was $20 and not validated, so unless you’re staying at the hotel or willing to walk from somewhere else, be prepared to spend a little extra just for lunch. Then again, it’s Vegas, so I can’t say I expected free parking.
Overall, between the food, the service, and the added cost, it just wasn’t worth it.

Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a while. Fries were also crispy and well-seasoned. Would definitely recommend.

I was very excited to try this spot out. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and helped me with my decision. The food was disappointing chicken was definitely not worth the hype . The fries were over salted and to add insult i payed extra for dipping sauces the they forgot to put in the bags.

Food was terrible. No flavor, super greasy, terrible and gross chicken. Super disappointing. Ordered the slaw (absolutely NO FLAVOR, just straight up cabbage), fries (super super greasy and over salted), a terrible Cali drip (was just gross and super super greasy, no good flavor), and a horrible salad (absolutely NO FLAVOR and disgusting undercooked chicken). I am so extremely disappointed. Save your $$ and go to Chipotle, Raising Canes, Dennys… anywhere but here.

FOOD POISONING!!!
We enjoyed the food actually servings were big enough for 2 people in my opinion, the reason for 1 star is that we had diarrhea/food poisoning 2 hours after we ate here.. Never again.this place needs to be checked by the health department

The Crack Shack is a gem for anyone craving quality fried chicken right outside Park MGM. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The place was spotless too, which always makes a big difference.
I ordered the fried chicken and it was perfectly juicy with a crispy, flavorful crust. Portions are generous, so it’s easy to split with a friend or save some for later. Great spot if you’re looking for a quick bite without sacrificing taste or quality.
Whether you’re staying nearby or just strolling the Strip, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. It’s casual, delicious, and hits the spot!
Great food and service. Ready to sit and talk while eating breakfast.

I ordered the power bowl, and it was so good and felt like a well balanced healthy meal that filled me up. The service was awesome and they have a watermelon sour that was good.
