I’ve worked next-door at Suite One for over three years and I never get tired of ordering breakfast or lunch from the cracked egg. The food is consistently good and they have one of my favorite tuna salads in town.T

Great service. Good food. The coffee cake will have you ready for a nap. Only complaint. They need stronger coffee.

We went for breakfast about 11:00 today. Everything was great, except the Hostess. We arrived and waited at the Wait To Be Seated sign. After a few minutes the Hostess walked to a booth and threw some silverware and menu down. She never had eye contact with us or said a word. We assumed the booth was ours and sat down. This Hostess is not helping your business.

This review serves as a message to the owners, urging them to make some changes and start prioritizing their business and customer service. We ordered food two days ago, and they forgot our coffee cake. When we called, they said we could swing by when we had time to pick it up. We ordered again When I arrived to get it, I asked if the coffee cake was ready, and the lady confirmed it was there. However, when I looked at the total, I was shocked—it was $80 for just two of us. The food was nothing special; my 4-year-old could make a better breakfast.

The stuffed French toast with peanut butter was unappetizing, and charging over $15 for a side of eggs and hash browns is outrageous. It made me feel like I was back in California, where prices are ridiculous. To top it off, the coffee cake, which looked more like regular cake, was forgotten again. When we called about it, they didn’t seem to care, which is the real issue here.

I do not recommend this place and will never return. Save your time and hard-earned money; these folks clearly don’t care about their customers. You can keep your coffee cake or whatever you want to call it.

Worse experience I have ever had here....ordered a Kiss scramble...first ingredient listed on menu is seasoned ground beef...no meat at all....ordered a sausage and cheese omelet ...got ham...couldn't find our waiter to talk to so grabbed another waiter and he couldn't tell me where our waiter was. Decided to just leave...suddenly our waiter is found and expects us to pay for food we didn't order and waiting to try to get it corrected. We did not pay...we didn't even take a bite...
The only positive thing was the hostess ...she was the only person here that seemed to care

I think I’ve been here once prior with my husband but my dad had a doctors appointment he could not drive to so I took him. We stopped here afterwards and upon getting to the restaurant they have very limited parking close to the door, and while it was busy inside there was no wait to be sat. They do have some cute and funny signs posted up around the restaurant which adds to the atmosphere. We got seated in the back of the restaurant and my dad commented how expensive everything was priced. We waited over 5 minutes just to get drinks, and our server came over with an already uptight attitude. We ordered our food and waited around 15 minutes just for it to come and that was reasonable considering it was busy. While we were eating our server did check on us a few times and did a quick fix for my dad’s food. However we were close to the bar and we overheard our server reprimanding one of the other servers for commenting how a large party did not tip. I find that to be very unprofessional and unnecessary. She would not allow the other server to speak and there is absolutely no reason to reprimand another employee when you are not a manager nor should you be doing it in front of your guests. If it was in fact an issue a manager should’ve been notified and the manager should’ve retained all the information before correcting the issue in private. I find it to be a very reasonable reason to be upset as a server if a party did not tip and I have been present plenty of times to know servers do talk about this amongst each other in multiple restaurants. Overall the food was overpriced and nothing overly extraordinary for the price we paid. Our service had been decent while eating but i do not find reason for our server to act the way she did and it creates a very tense environment for guests to eat and employees to work.

Very noisy, very busy, very expensive. We did get a lot of food with one order but it still felt overly expensive. The food was just ok, nothing special. Mine looked gross but actually tasted fine. It came with "coffee cake" I think it was actually cake, but it was good. Nice and overly sweet and warm. Would I return, probably not. Or server was quite nice, but also felt busy and the tables they were waiting on were not grouped together, which I felt was odd.

Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe if someone gets the door for you and they sit you near the front.

Visited with my family last weekend. I got the Patty Melt, and it was pretty decent. Most of the meals here were fairly greasy, but the flavor was rich. I ordered my meat medium, but they cooked it well done, unfortunately. My family shared a really good French Toast dish with lots of fruit, as well. All in all, a decent breakfast.
