It was a last-minute cake order The day before my daughter’s birthday she did an amazing job she outdid herself. I sent her a picture and it came out better than the picture I sent her 24 hour notice. I gave her and she absolutely killed it. Thank you so much.

Love this place. A selection of cupcakes that were made on site not frozen and brought in . The woman behind the counter was super friendly and packed up our gift cakes with care Glad I made the drive, super yummy cupcakes

We went to the Cupcakery to just see what they had. It is a small bakery, but pleasant. I saw that there one day old cupcakes were available for a discount. I bought 2 cupcakes . The cupcakes are normal size and have cream cheese frosting on top. I got the coconut and the vanilla one. They were good but not eventually portioned. There is too much frosting and not enough cake. I know you can scrap off some of the frosting. But the flavor is in the frosting, and the cake part is plain. You need the frosting to taste the coconut or vanilla. I did see chocolate and red velvet. Maybe those ones would be better! By the way, the dent in my frosting is mine. I couldn't wait.

My new favorite cupcake! Tried the Lemon, Carrot Cake and Brown Derby, all equally delish! They taste very homemade and not too sweet. Perfectly balance and so pretty. Frosting is light and creamy. Love, love, love. Thanks Cupcakery! I'll be back to try some more flavors.

Before when they were accommodating I would have given them 5 stars because I usually really like the product. But lately the customer service SUCKS! I hope another location opens because for now I will get my treats elsewhere.Edited Aug 21, 2017 - I have changed my rating because I have been going back the last few months and they resolved my issues. The cupcakes are still the best. Thank you.My recent service experience was dishonest. I wonder if there has been a change of management. I guess you'll just never know what you'll get when you go.

On a mission to find really good cupcakes. It was a nice day so decided to drive to Henderson and visit the Cupcakery. We arrived a little after they opened and entered the small shop tucked in a little neighborhood center. Three young ladies greeted us and we told them we had driven from Centennial looking to find some good cupcakes. One young lady said we were In the right place. We looked over the two cases and asked the difference between the two and she said one had sugar frosting and the other case was cream cheese frosting. Lots to choose from. They had a few cupcakes in a refrigerator box, some resembling a bouquet of roses. We made our choices and had them packed to go. They were good, but not the best we have had. The flavors were good but the cake was a little dry to our liking. It's a place to visit if you want cupcakes, our bill was a little of $15.00 for four cupcakes.

Very sweet, friendly team - and very kind and generous.There was an issue with their GrubHub console, so they didn’t receive my order. When I arrived for pickup, they quickly pulled it together, and even added an extra for free. In addition, after I received a message from GrubHub saying that my order was cancelled due to system issues, and that I would be getting a refund, I went back and tried to pay them directly but they wouldn’t let me pay, even saying it was their fault (and t wasn’t - no one can control technology).So - friendly, lovely customer service, and conscientious people. Very impressed!
