Caked makes my kids’ birthday cakes every year and always brings their ideas to life in the most creative way. The kids feel special and look forward to always having the most epic cake out of their friends haha.

The team is incredibly community-focused and constantly shows up for local nonprofits.

As a wedding professional, I’ve trusted them with countless cakes. They’re flexible with flavors and details, and delivery is always seamless.

Beyond cakes, their pastries are amazing. I love the almond lemon mini croissant. From brownies to tarts to macaroons, they can literally make anything you can think of and it's always delicious and beautifully displayed.

Highly recommend.

My friend ordered two dozen custom cupcakes for my birthday from this location, which equated to about five dollars a cupcake. They were the worst cupcakes I have ever eaten in my life. They were dry and the flavor did not align with what was ordered. The buttercream was flavorless and honestly just really gross.

Save your money and go somewhere else.

I love the cake so much! I ordered a custom cake for my best friend’s birthday, and it was better than I imagined. The customer service was also great. They were able to help me decide how to design the cake, and when I wanted to change the date, they did it quickly with no problem. I got a delivery window of 10-11am and it came around 10:15. I’m so happy with this cake. We dont even wanna eat it 😩

Easy process for ordering had no issues. They are responsive and my cake looked very similar to the reference picture I sent. I was very happy with how nice my cake turned out. Pick up was quick and easy.

I'm really disappointed with my experience. I called on Friday to confirm they'd have vegan cupcakes available on Sunday, and was told I could simply walk in and purchase them. I drove from Pecos and Charleston to Lake Mead and Rainbow, a considerable distance, only to find they had none. This was for a birthday surprise for a coworker with dairy allergies, and I'm so let down that the information I received was incorrect. It's frustrating to have made the trip for nothing, especially when it was for a special occasion."

They were incredible, cakes was beautiful and delicious, my expectations were exceeded.
Communication was great answered my email really fast.

From the very beginning we had the best experience with Caked. Customer service is amazing and got everything we wanted perfectly. I’m a home baker so I had pretty high expectations on our wedding cake. Well Caked exceeded those expectations! The cakes were so unbelievably moist, the icing was perfection, and the decor of the cake was EVERYTHING! Everyone at the wedding and even after can’t stop talking about the cake. I cannot recommend Caked enough to anyone for any event! Thank you Caked for the most perfect Wedding Cake!

This cake place is garbage!!!!!!! Totally not customer service equip!!! Manager and i had many emails and still didn't get the service i deserved. Some may like ur dry ass cakes but never will i suggest anyone to purchase from this store. You mess up my wedding cake the dessert for my guest on my wedding date...10-12-24. So to whom may read this u deserved everything that's written here. As many of conversations were presented in was sure I was CLEAR on the color of my flowers on me wedding cake.well I didn't notice my cake once I saw it I asked for CABERNET flowers, he'll at that time u could have use burgundy.. or reach out to me and suggest a color very close to my wedding colors... .still not even close those roses were bright RED not even close to my wedding colors!!! On top of that no one contacted me stating my color wasn't possible, back an forth with the manager. He made me feel secure in my color flowers for my wedding cake.i was extremely unhappy plus the cake was dry..taste like it was days old, the roses started sliding off the cake and the pattern i requested was not as I was told it will be. So with all this being said please know I'm totally unsatisfied with your service and will never order again, whatever happened to representation. POOR SERVICE, NO ONE LISTENED TO MY REQUESTS, when I only wanted the perfect cake for my wedding day!

This place doesn’t want business. My husband and I were in the mood for cupcakes. We drove there and I went in. There were trays and equipment in the front area of the store. Nothing in the display. Apparently you can’t just go IN and order something in-store. You HAVE to order online. And after reading the reviews… I’m so GLAD that I was turned away from this business. What kind of place is this?!? Just save yourself time and money.. GO TO FREEDS BAKERY instead.

Went in to sample my wedding cake, cakes were dry and not fresh. Jelly was used for the filling. The marble cake isn't mixed together their 2 separate cakes on top of each other. First approach upon arrival the door was locked, walked in people everywhere with pots and pans, I did see any cupcakes and there not open for the public. Online for every thing! First time trying this place, recommended from the place my wedding will be.
Recommended a bakery that's open to the public so you can see an pick ur chooses.
I pray my wedding cake is fresh an exactly how we're expecting it to be!
