I'm really disappointed with my experience. I called on Friday to confirm they'd have vegan cupcakes available on Sunday, and was told I could simply walk in and purchase them. I drove from Pecos and Charleston to Lake Mead and Rainbow, a considerable distance, only to find they had none. This was for a birthday surprise for a coworker with dairy allergies, and I'm so let down that the information I received was incorrect. It's frustrating to have made the trip for nothing, especially when it was for a special occasion."

Only left a 1 star because they are being lazy by appointments only. This is a cake a cupcake shop. Can’t believe you can stop in anymore and pick out cupcakes.

This cake place is garbage!!!!!!! Totally not customer service equip!!! Manager and i had many emails and still didn't get the service i deserved. Some may like ur dry ass cakes but never will i suggest anyone to purchase from this store. You mess up my wedding cake the dessert for my guest on my wedding date...10-12-24. So to whom may read this u deserved everything that's written here. As many of conversations were presented in was sure I was CLEAR on the color of my flowers on me wedding cake.well I didn't notice my cake once I saw it I asked for CABERNET flowers, he'll at that time u could have use burgundy.. or reach out to me and suggest a color very close to my wedding colors... .still not even close those roses were bright RED not even close to my wedding colors!!! On top of that no one contacted me stating my color wasn't possible, back an forth with the manager. He made me feel secure in my color flowers for my wedding cake.i was extremely unhappy plus the cake was dry..taste like it was days old, the roses started sliding off the cake and the pattern i requested was not as I was told it will be. So with all this being said please know I'm totally unsatisfied with your service and will never order again, whatever happened to representation. POOR SERVICE, NO ONE LISTENED TO MY REQUESTS, when I only wanted the perfect cake for my wedding day!

This place doesn’t want business. My husband and I were in the mood for cupcakes. We drove there and I went in. There were trays and equipment in the front area of the store. Nothing in the display. Apparently you can’t just go IN and order something in-store. You HAVE to order online. And after reading the reviews… I’m so GLAD that I was turned away from this business. What kind of place is this?!? Just save yourself time and money.. GO TO FREEDS BAKERY instead.

Went in to sample my wedding cake, cakes were dry and not fresh. Jelly was used for the filling. The marble cake isn't mixed together their 2 separate cakes on top of each other. First approach upon arrival the door was locked, walked in people everywhere with pots and pans, I did see any cupcakes and there not open for the public. Online for every thing! First time trying this place, recommended from the place my wedding will be.
Recommended a bakery that's open to the public so you can see an pick ur chooses.
I pray my wedding cake is fresh an exactly how we're expecting it to be!

I had won a gift certificate for 1 free dozen cupcakes from Las Vegas Pride Family Bingo a few months ago. The certificate was dated June 2023, but they still honored it. On Thursday, this last week I contacted the bakery with the order and they had them ready the next day by noon. I ordered the German Chocolate cupcakes and they were delicious. Not too many nuts, not too much coconut but all in great proportion to the chocolate cake base. It had a filling of chocolate buttercream as well. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture, as they were devoured by family!)

Tried to use this company to process an order. It takes them days to answer their email and no one answers the phone when. you call. Ended up not even being able to order and not having time to order from anyone else because it got to be too late.

I LOVED the cake they made for me for my birthday. I sent them the reference pictures and was shocked to see how on point everything was. I had requested red velvet with a strawberry shortcake/cream cheese filling; it was delicious and very moist.
I would absolutely order from them again, the price was definitely worth the product to me!

DO NOT GO HERE! MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE MY SISTER HER PAYCHECK. TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT!!! CONSTANT HEALTH INSPECTIONS BECAUSE OF A DISGUSTING WORK PLACE.

heard about this place and thought to check it out for myself. HOLY COW. never again.i looked at their website first to see what they offered, was reading through their menu and quite a few things sounded intriguing. got to the store and it was a VASTLY different experience. a good chunk of their advertised online menu isnt even in store. if its meant to be special ordered, fine, but maybe make that a bit clearer? everything seemed very cramped/busy (not in the "there was a bunch of people there" kind of way) there were covered racks in the front of the store loaded with product. not sure if there was some cleaning going on in the back, and thats why they were there or what. just kind of odd. the display cakes right when you walk in the door looked like they havent been touched in a decade. there was also a very off-putting smell inside, almost like there was an inordinate amount of air freshener sprayed right before i walked in, or like someone was bathing in perfume.i ended up getting a couple of cupcakes. the girl behind the counter didnt seem too confident in what she was telling me the flavors were. i could tell she was reading the flavors off of some kind of cheat sheet behind the counter. i mean, if she is new and still learning, obviously i cant fault her for that. i got their tres leches, lemon blueberry, boston cream and orange cupcakes. every. single. one of them was painfully dry. i cant even understand how thats even possible with a tres leches cake. i mean, its in the name. 3 milks. how is it not wet? the flavor, not to mention colors, of the others were sooo artificial, and that boston cream? NOT a boston cream. i dont know if the bavarian cream was sour or what, but there was also something pink in the middle? no clue what was going on there.the frosting on top of the cupcakes was horrendous. i think 3 of the 4 cupcakes i purchased were basically covered in like a stiff cool whip? i cant think of another way to describe it. not a pleasing texture.

By far my favorite cake shop in the city! Flavors are amazing! There is fresh fruit between the layer you choose. They are extremely moist & never overly sweet. Perfectly balanced EVERY TIME! Ricky Rocks!

We were interested in buying our wedding cake through them. We are vegan and they advertise vegan options. We made numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email as well as two visits to the shop. All of which were ignored. They good reviews on here seem to be mainly from folks who’s stopped into the shop. The cupcakes are good. If you are looking for any kind of custom services they’re service is abysmal. Really don’t understand how they stay in business ignoring paying customers. I suspect they won’t be for long.
