They were an affiliate bakery of my reception venue for my wedding. We were communicating with them 6 months ahead and when my wedding day came, THERE WAS NO CAKE. And on top of that, they tried to blame me for not following up. How was I supposed to know what they need from me to complete the order? A simple follow up from them wouldn't hurt.Their customer service is so lousy and they are also very arrogant and passive aggresive eventhough it's their fault. Up until the end, they never admitted fault and just kept blaming me. This is the most horrible service I've come across and I almost never complain about anything. If you need any baked goods for your event, don't go to them. Unreliable.

Ordered Cupcakes for our Family Birthday get together. We were from out of town, ordered 40 cupcakes to be delivered on Sunday March 31st. Business emailed stating they couldn’t accommodate the delivery due to it being Easter and they wanted their employees to go home early to enjoy Easter with family. That’s fine we agreed to pick up the cupcakes once we landed. Business agreed to refund us our $40 delivery fee. Emailed business 3 times regards to the refund with no luck no response. Anyhow the cupcakes were beautiful but yet hard to eat. We could only eat the frosting the rest was hard as a rock. My first and last experience buying from this business. Will update if we’ll ever get our delivery fee refund

Wasted my time, I could’ve went to another bakery to order a cake that day if they would’ve been honest and told me they had too much upcoming orders. My birthday is tomorrow and I won’t have a cake. This was my first time here so I had a few questions since I am not familar with the menu. The representative at the counter seem annoyed with my questions. She had an discomforting stare as she responded that made me feel like I shouldnt be asking any questions at all. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it looks like based on other reviews, this happens often here. I bought 1 cupcake and 1 macaron. Both tasted like they were old. The quality of the pastries overall were mediocre and the atmosphere feels uninviting.

I ordered a cake for my daughter‘s birthday for March 2 and my request for the cake was that the middle be filled with bavarian cream and fresh strawberries firstly, the cake had more frosting than cake I was very upset about that and secondly the filling that I requested which was bavarian cream and fresh strawberries And it was not that it was Cool Whip and strawberries. I’m very disappointed because I was looking forward to that bavarian cream filling & the fresh strawberries. It’s one of my favorite filling and I didn’t even get to have it and I paid $192 for that cake . The cake was created exactly like the picture that I requested but the filling just was not up to par. I’ve had Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries plenty of times, and the filling that was inside of the cake definitely wasn’t what I requested. Also, the cake had so much frosting and not so much cake that when I started slicing it, it started falling apart. I couldn’t even serve my party guests correctly. Very disappointing and i will not be ordering here again. I wish i could get a refund because the only thing that was correct about the cake was the design everything else was very upsetting, but hey, you live and you learn and I will not be ordering with this bakery ever again.

I give this bakery a 0 star. I called on Tuesday to place an order for Thursday. I understand it’s a rushed order, however they said they could accommodate me, which was great. They only respond via email, the people in the store have no idea what’s going on with your order and tell you a manager will call when they don’t. They said they would need a payment to finalize the order, which is fine I wouldn’t have minded paying beforehand. They never sent me a link to pay them, nor did they even mention payment needed to be send the 3 times I called to confirm the order. They also said they would deliver by 8 am and didn’t tell me the cake wasn’t coming until 2 hours after the delivery time. They are very unprofessional and personally, coming from a business owner, I would never order from here again. Now I had a sad birthday girl with no cake. Not to mention that a 6 inch cake with fondon on it costs $185, which is outrageous to begin with.

I put in an online order about 2 weeks before my wife’s bday for a dozen cupcakes. I chose a few flavors cuz we are not picky. I show up to pick up on the day of and they can’t find my order so they pack it in front of me that was ok. The problem is I get home and 3 of them are hard like rocks. You cant even squeeze them and the paper is so stuck to it. I just bought them home and gave them to her. Such a shame as they are located in a nice area. Save your money or go somewhere more organized.

When I walked it I was surprised to see so many cupcakes, cookies and other items in the display case. They even had a handful of red velvet vegan cupcakes of which I ended ordering. My son in law really loves their Tres Leche cupcakes so he ended up with that one. My hubby and son both ordered the Hostess of which they were surprised to see that the cake part of it was red velvet. Lastly, my daughter ordered some kind of chocolate with fruit on top, I don't even know the proper name for it. Anyhow, we all enjoyed our order. My vegan cupcake was super moist, except it was also super messy. It fell apart really quickly and got all over the place. I have never ate such a messy cupcake ever! I did not like the icing/frosting...I couldn't put my finger on it but the taste was off. Overall, I like this place. It isn't my go to place for cakes, I wouldn't make a special trip to buy cupcakes here, but if I ever had to order a Tres Leche cake for my son in law, this would be the place. Other than that, this place would be just a once in a while, if I were in the area and craving it type of place.

Had a craving for sweets with my work crew and DoorDash did not fail us with this location!We ordered a variety of cupcakes, 12 in total, and each of them were AMAZING!Cake was moist and fluffy, the frosting were light and creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness that didn't overpower the variety of flavors.I would recommend this location to anyone with a sweet tooth!Definitely adding them to my favorites list!!Sorry for no pics as we all devoured our cupcakes and couldn't waste precious time on photos....LOL!

I got ahold of the gang at Cakery in Las Vegas less than a week before my wife's birthday. The cake was perfect I can't say anymore about it but PERFECT!! The entire crew was absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend them enough I will consider them my first choice from now on!!
