Came to the Den Friday night around 1030 PM. The dining room was closed but they let us sit and treated us like we have been going there on a regular basis for years. After the amazing service and great food we will be going a whole lot more. Thank you for taking such good care of us

Don't go they allow smoking here. It's overwhelming if you have asthma or you don't want to develop COPD.

I honestly hardly EVER put bad reviews unless it’s bad, but i just think the way the business handled the situation was very disappointing and “petty” in a way.
i placed an order over the phone for a “side of waffle fries” for my co workers to share, we never order any other type of fries here, and received the classic fries rather than the waffle ones and that’s okay mistakes happen. I know the lady that answered the phone for my order was in a rush by the way she was talking and could’ve misheard that’s totally fine.
what is not fine, is that when i called back after seeing my order was wrong and picking up the “right order” again, they gave me EXTREMELY burnt waffle fries. Who is going to eat that? Please tell me how is that the right way to make it right for YOUR customer? That is extremely unprofessional and petty business especially knowing we come by here all the time as we work in the same plaza.
For the cherry on top, i came in a THIRD time at this point i’m over the entire situation, i accepted that money was wasted and the lady had attitude talking about it wasn’t done on purpose, yes it was done on purpose. I do not need to be given burnt fries because you were rushing and misheard my order!

The parking for the bar/ restaurant is a decent size. This bar has slot machine at the bar area so smoking is allowed. The decor is simple and a little dim on lighting. There are televisions around the bar area. The service at this restaurant was pretty good. The steak and egg meal was pretty good.
