Staff is rude

We stopped in to check out this bar for my nephew’s birthday. The space was mostly empty, yet the bar itself was standing-room only, which made for an odd and uncomfortable setup. While the bar looks upscale, the drinks were overpriced for their quality, and the service did not match the prices being charged.

One server in particular negatively impacted the experience. A young man covered in tattoos, he was consistently snarky and dismissive. Basic questions were met with sarcasm, and his attitude made it clear we were not welcome. This was especially disappointing given that we were there to celebrate a birthday.

We did observe another server—a short-haired blonde woman—who appeared friendly, attentive, and professional. We wished we had been served by her, as she seemed to provide the level of service that should be standard at a bar charging premium prices.

Overall, the bar prioritizes appearance over hospitality. For the cost, we expected better drinks and significantly better service. We will not be returning.

Excellent Cocktail room with some of the highest quality libations on the strip. My experience here was unparalleled with all the other cocktail rooms. The staff is also very attentive and always anticipated what we needed despite the crowds of people in the room. i Recommend this venue, especially for private events. The atmosphere and service is conducive to conversations.

Everything perfect until I had to interact with this guy. It's CES week. Event is over 3 minutes ago and I'm looking for my wife near the entrance, not knowing if my belongings are still inside or not and this guy get physical and push me out. You definitely need to have better staff....

Really liked the vibe here. The music and DJ were good, the space looks great, and it’s a great place overall to stop for a drink and have a good time.

Title: Disappointed by Overcharging and Dishonest Billing Practices

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. I was overcharged for drinks that I did not order, and when I politely brought it up later, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s shocking that a place with this kind of reputation would resort to unclear or inflated pricing.

It’s not about the few extra dollars — it’s about honesty and integrity in how you treat your customers. I work in a professional industry where recommendations matter, and experiences like this make me question whether this business values its guests at all.

I strongly suggest anyone visiting this bar double-check their bill before signing, because once the receipt is signed, management refuses to correct any “mistakes,” even when it’s clearly not the customer’s fault. This isn’t the way to build trust or long-term business.

Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone I know.
