On the night of 8/22/2025, we visited your bar. At approximately 11:30 PM, we placed our first order with the female bartender: 2 gin and tonics, 1 bottle of Ultra, 1 Coke, and a glass of ice water. She served these drinks without issue.
At around 11:59 PM, we placed a second order, this time with the person we believe to be the manager. We ordered 2 Hendrick’s gin and tonics and 2 bottles of Ultra. He gave us the 2 Ultra beers and removed the empty glasses from our first order. We also saw him instruct a second bartender (female, short blonde hair) to prepare the gin and tonics.
After several minutes, we still had not received the gin and tonics, so we followed up with the blonde bartender and even showed her the receipt from my friend’s phone. She asked the manager, who then came to us and insisted that he had already given us the drinks. We explained multiple times that he had not. We even asked him to review the cameras to confirm, since there was clearly a mix-up between him and the other bartender.
Instead of resolving the matter, the manager repeatedly insisted we had received the drinks. He offered to give us his card and said he would check the cameras later, but we told him that was not acceptable, we needed the drinks we had already paid for. He also made an irrelevant remark about having Filipino friends, which we found unprofessional and irrelevant.
When we refused to take his card, the manager called security to escort us out. At that point, the bartender quickly prepared the gin and tonics in plastic cups, but we declined to take them given how poorly the situation was handled.
This was a very embarrassing and unacceptable experience. The manager’s actions suggested he assumed we were trying to get free drinks, which was not the case. I formally request that you review the security footage from 8/22 between 11:30 PM and the time we were escorted out to confirm what actually happened.
The way we were treated by your manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and I expect a proper response to this complaint.
They're dumb with their $500 reserved seating... even when there's not a lot of ppl there. We left.

Nestled in The Venetian, Juliet Cocktail Room delivers a chic and vibrant experience with cocktails that dazzle both the eyes and palate. I tried the Oak and Orange, a creative spin on a Moscow Mule with Woodford Reserve, ginger beer, and orange notes—served in a stunning copper martini glass. The flavors were bold yet balanced, with a refreshing zing that lingered. The Queen’s Garden, a floral gin sour with Empress gin, was equally impressive, offering a tart, creamy finish with elegant garnishes. While some drinks, like the espresso martini, have mixed reviews, the inventive menu and lively atmosphere make Juliet a must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
As a Vegas local I don’t usually head to the Strip often, but Juliet definitely impressed me. The space is beautifully decorated and has a lively, upscale vibe. I ordered a Spicy Flamingo (beautifully crafted) and was helped by Jonathan, who was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. I was surprised to learn he’s actually a bar back, it just goes to show how much talent the entire staff brings to the table. He truly elevated the whole experience for me. Can’t wait to come back.

This was the first place that me and my wife chose to have a drink based on an opportunity to use the discount the Venetian was offering on there app. (Buy one get one free). So we are at the bar and I ordered an old fashioned and my wife ordered a martini. We showed the discount to the bartender and because we pushed redeem to access the code which was clearly visible on our phone she denied the discount saying that she needed to push the redeem. THIS PLACE RUINED OUR EXPERIENCE WITHIN 1 hour of arriving to the hotel. A true wake up call of what Vegas is all about. Infact this place specifically kept us from eating or buying anything else from the entire hotel. The only place that we used from that point forward was the restaurant “Lux”. If your reading this just avoid this place all together it’s trash!!!!!!!!

This lounge has been a favorite of ours, but we hadn’t been since it became The Juliet.
We decided to stop in for a couple cocktails before a show and was treated to a beautiful drink menu of craft cocktails, great service and one of the best cocktails I’ve had to date, The Monkey Slide - so good!! Presentation was top notch!
A chill, intimate, classy vibe was just what we were looking for and we found it here.
The craft cocktails were incredibly delicious and our sever was nice. The place looks like it might be more club oriented at night since the Frank Sinatra videos and vibe were offset with more club type music. There were complimentary cocktail snacks.

Loved this spot during my bach weekend for drinks and ambiance.
Ashley was by far the best service we had the entire weekend. She immediately greeted us with a warm attitude and smile. She asked questions, made wonderful recommendations without being pushy, was extremely attentive throughout our 4 hours being there.
The drinks were phenomenal all night!
Wish I came here every day during my time!

Look, I’m used to paying $25 for a cocktail. It’s Las Vegas. But the waitress asked if we wanted water when we first sat down and then brought us 12 oz bottles of water for which we were charged $8 each. Nowhere else at the Venetian (that I know of) does this. It ruined a perfectly good experience.

The cocktails were really enjoyable, the ambiance was nice, and the service was alright. However, they asked if we would like water after we sat down, and we said yes. We were brought three small bottles of water *not in glasses*, and later found out each bottle of water was $8. That is ridiculous.
sultry, swanky, & upscale, this bar (located in the venetian) is worth a visit.
every detail is accounted for, from their menu to the decor, & everything is cohesively presented in even their cocktails. there was also live music & a lovely female singer who performed from the bird cage stage!
