Las Vegas boasts a lot of bars, but Juliet Cocktail Lounge is in a league of its own. From the moment you step through the doors, you're transported into a world of Victorian elegance. The rich jewel tones, plush seating, and gleaming gold accents create a luxurious and intimate atmosphere. It's like stepping into a glamorous bygone era.But the true magic lies in the drinks. The bartenders at Juliet are like artists, crafting specialty cocktails that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to sip. I had the pleasure of trying a few of their creations, and each one was a masterpiece. One drink offered a complex blend of smoky and sweet flavors, with a surprising depth. Another was a lighter option, a refreshing mix that was floral and delicate, with a lingering sweetness.Every drink I tasted was expertly crafted, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bartenders were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain the inspiration behind each drink and even made personalized recommendations based on my preferences. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable cocktail experience in Las Vegas, look no further than Juliet Cocktail Lounge. The combination of exceptional drinks, stunning ambiance, and top-notch service makes it a five-star experience all around.

As regular Venetian clients, we stop by Juliet quite often as it is conveniently located in the casino. This time, however, we were quite disappointed by our experience this time around. We had just came by a couple months ago when the inner library room was open and had a wonderful experience sitting by the fireplace with some friends and loved the drinks. This time we brought some friends from out of town and the service we received was an embarrassment to say the least. The drinks are still decent—which is just a testament to their recipes— but the bartenders are now unhelpful and dismissive. The bouncer was also rude as he let us know table seating had a minimum spend of $200 pre-tax/tip and then shamed us when we opted for the bar, which had no minimum spend. As a party of 3, two of which were female, a $200 minimum spend on drinks was a burden we didn’t feel we needed. Anyways, we each got a drink and left. This is the last time I will be back.

It’s nice to look at and that’s about it. The drinks were extremely disappointing especially for the price. They position as a craft cocktail bar but I got a poorly mixed drink served in a champagne flute full of ice. There was hardly any actual drink in it and it cost $25.

Came here for a drink and while the service was good, it was incredibly overpriced. We were charged $1.50 for an ice cube with a glass of bourbon, I can't recall ever being charged for ice with a drink. Also, there was a $4 service charge on top of the already expensive drinks. For three drinks it was nearly $100 dollars all included which is excessive. Disappointing.

Great atmosphere for a drink. We ordered the Oak and Orange and Lemon Grass Clouds. Oak and Orange was on the sweet side. Tables have $100 minimum buy.

Wow, what a let down. Went to the new Juliet in the Venetian last night and couldn’t be more disappointed. We stay at the Venetian about 3-4 times a year. And after the Dorsey being closed for so long, we were excited to stop by the Juliet.Epic fail across the board. The hostess (who should make a first impression, and set the tone) was lethargic at best. Just waved her arm in a direction for my party to find our seats. If she didn’t want to be there, why should I ?Server was slow and did not listen. Two of the three drinks ordered were wrong/bad. And one was an old fashion. Tried to point out the bad drinks and server just smiled and kept walking. Never came back. Until …. We were abruptly told along with approximately 30-40 other guests that we had to pay our tab and leave as they were closing at 8pm.Bad service, bad drinks, bad pricing for a now generic club with no identity of its own. I say hard pass. I won’t be a regular here. Now to find a new place for the rest of our stay.

Cocktails are overpriced, watery and pretty basic. Sometime in the last year they changed the name from Dorsey to Juliet Cocktail Room, raised the prices dramatically and drink quality dropped. It's a nice looking place but I'll have to pass from now on.

The atmosphere is dim and upscale, but isn't pretentious. It has a speakeasy-like style and feels like a lounge. It's not a large space but it's has an open feeling that has you never wanting to leave. Good liquor selection. The drink presentation was great, especially considering the volume of drinks they are serving, it shows the bar tenders take pride in their craft. Unfortunately, there were guys smoking cigars next to us which was a bit of a bummer at times, but that is outside the control of this place. The service is excellent and expedient and the cocktails are on point. Comfy bar seats and couches. You can hear the music, but it doesn't vibrate anything. Not too loud so you can still talk and hear each other. Prices are no pricier than anywhere else in Vegas, the drinks are strong.

We have been to this bar many many times in the past b4 or after concerts. We have enjoyed it and thought we would see what the new design was about. Well it was disappointing with all the fan fair out about the new amenities. All they did is get new furniture, add a new bar top with video poker and drum set in the cage. Oh fancy stem ware that they can't keep in stock as it breaks easy. The bartender we had was not thrilled. I can honestly say it is not as good as b4. We wont go back. They down graded their wine selection as well. Oh well there are plenty others. Although the location is easy.
