I visited yesterday Friday, July 11, and while the ambiance was nice and the decor had a fun, immersive vibe, everything else fell flat and I left more frustrated than anything. The service was just okay at best. But the real issue? I was charged twice once for my actual tab, and again for someone else’s. I left my card open like many people do, and it ended up costing me double. Completely unacceptable. I’ve been calling nonstop to get this resolved. No one answers. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told a manager would call me back. It’s been over a day now and you guessed it still no call. No refund. No resolution. Mistakes happen, sure. But ignoring them? That’s a choice. A bad one. If this is how they handle billing errors with silence and no urgency it makes you question the integrity behind the bar and the business as a whole. It will also be my last visit. Cool tiki lights won’t make up for bad service, overcharges, and a management is unavailable you when there’s a real issue. In one step away from filing a report because at this point it feels like fraud.

My second visit with two diff friend groups! The chicken was just as amazing as I remembered. I love the happy hour! Good prices and great portion sizes! Awesome atmosphere/decor. A live musician last night. Very cool.

The decoration has a sense of design and atmosphere. To ensure that you have a seat, you must reserve a box in advance through the official website. Even if there are empty tables on site, you cannot make an on-site reservation.

I was here last night. No room at the bar so we sat at a table. Waited at the table for 15 min no one waited on us. Some people got up from the bar so we moved over to the bar. Took about 10 min for anyone to even acknowledge us. And when he did the bartender just handed us the menus with out even a hi or I’ll be right with you guys. Looked like they were having a shift change so we waited a lil longer and finally about 5 more minutes in. Some one finally took our order, they weren’t even busy so I don’t understand why it took so long for us to get someone to help us. Smh been here before and it’s never been like this. Must be the new staff they hired.

My new favorite spot in Las Vegas that I know we'll visit every time we're there! Don't let the location or entrance fool you, this place is super cool! We were skeptical with the strip mall location, nondescript entry and sketchy folks hanging around the area but were determined to check it off the bucket list! So glad we did!
It's dark and noisy and busy and beautiful and predictable and amazing! The bartenders are talented, friendly, funny and genuinely happy to serve their customers. The drinks are stunning, both in looks and flavor! We attended the Christmas Show and were treated to Coravette's beautiful voice, plenty of humor and tantalizing dancing! We had just eaten so didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing looking food but we'll definitely be back for that soon!
If you like a vibrant vibe, amazing drinks and a dark tropical feel, The Golden Tiki is definitely the place to be!
