I paid 5 dollars for a bagel and cream cheese, and was only given a small tub of Philadelphia that was not enough for the bagel. Not worth the price.

Spent 40 dollars on 3 bagels and 3 waters. Was told that cream cheese was in the bag. Got on the plane and no cream cheese. Frustrating when you are in a rush and get shortchanged on such a costly purchase. And 40 dollars for a very average bagel seems ridiculous.

Overpriced premade sandwiches despite the menu appearing that they made them fresh. Employees were stuffing their faces and were unresponsive when asked if they could make more or a sold out sandwich. Also wanted to pay cash but they refused to get up and cash us out, instead just yelling across the establishment at how to use self checkout. Whoever hired these two ladies should be fired alongside them. Would’ve given 0 stars if it was an option.

Premade sandwiches sitting in a warmer only, and the quality was reflective of that. Food cannot be ordered at counter, despite that appearance. Staff is there to prep only. Grossly overpriced, even for an airport.

I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I thought this might help someone who's looking for a decent location to eat at Vegas airport terminal 1.This place did a great job with the bagels. It was well made, felt fresh, toasted, salted just right and came out soft and tasty. The best part is the reasonable prices which belies the fact that it's in an airport. I got my everything bagel with cream cheese for ~$5 and it was pretty filling, and there were options for full sandwiches around $10-15. The service was surprisingly quick, there was a long line and they kept the orders moving. Overall, pleasantly surprised with an airport restaurant location, and it's been a while since I've thought that.

Not worth your money. Service is just okay. You feel like nobody wants to help you and just pick your food n leave. Great American bagel doesnt have any cream cheeses except strawberry. Quality of our veggies supreme was good but not worth for 11$. Ordered 2 lattes n one latte was just half filled. Need to do a lot better in servce n food.

WAY overpriced airport food. Don't have a pic of the food but instead a pic of the receipt. Mine was the egg and cheese plain bagel for 8.69 - which seemed semi-acceptable until I tasted ABSOLUTELY no cheese (it was there tho!). Then my daughter got a 16oz bottle of apple juice for $6.09! Def not worth it but of course in an airport they don't give you many other options than overpriced mediocre food. The 2 staff working were very pleasant.
The bagel I received was barely toasted and was dry. It was actually the worst bagel I’ve ever had.
