The savory dishes were excellent—highlights included the Short Rib, Pastrami Wagyu, Bucatini, pear salad, and flank steak. The veal was dry. The bread was outstanding, some of the best I've ever had. However, the desserts were disappointing: the butter cake lacked moisture, and the Tres Leches didn't have much flavor. For a restaurant of this caliber, a dedicated pastry chef could really elevate the dessert experience.
I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at The Guest House's advertised "Every Weekend" brunch affair. The event promised a vibrant celebration with artful plates, whimsical cocktails, live DJs, and curated performers, creating an energetic and lively atmosphere. Guest House is beautiful! I loved the atmosphere and the music. Their pumpkin chai espresso martini (Thanksgiving cocktail) was sooooo good. I also really loved my parmesan crusted filet and butter cake dessert!
