The food that we received was old the meat was hard on the edges the pita bread was hard and stale The white sauce was mediocre the atmosphere inside the restaurant was bland and dirty this is the worst halal food I've had and I love Hala food we've been to other locations and this is an embarrassment as far as a restaurant calling itself hala I do not recommend coming to this location try another or maybe if they change things it would get better but as of right now I do not recommend this for anybody who is trying to try hala food. I would definitely recommend trying a different Mediterranean restaurant than this one

Absolutely disgusting. Did not feel clean. And there was a guy there with a mask and glasses who tried to serve old food and bread. His co worker however made sure we got served brand new food and even was yelling at his co worker and said to stop serving old food. The guy with the glasses needs to be let go I wish I got his name but absolutely nasty fella. I feel bad for the co worker, he was a guy with a Jamaican accent I think and was even kind enough to give us drinks for the disgusting behavior by his co worker.

I ordered a meal of chicken platter, 12 wings and chicken wings platter and fries worth £65. I only recieved 2 fries. I have been scammed, I want a full refund for my purchase. They arent picking up my calls and I have no way of contacting them otherwise. Terrible service, I am absolutely appalled by this scam. My order was under the name Aydin.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I was just left underwhelmed. The employees were awesome and kind, they allowed us to try the sauces beforehand. But the sauces were disgusting and not as described (not really hot)... they tasted like a cheap fake wannabe cholula and ranch. I expect they'd at least have a tziki sauce, but unfortunately not. The atmosphere appeared kind of dirty and just gave a run down fast food restaurant vibe. I did get full off of the large bowl and didnt get to finish it, but was also disappointed in the flavor of the rice. It was less flavorful than an uncle Ben's microwavable rice. Price was appropriate for the size or portions, but not the quality of the food. We had gyro and chicken bowls.

We ordered food in Uber eats and got the stale food delivered. Waste of time time and money. Risking your health if you are eating here. Brand name is of no use if quality is not good.
