Very annoyed at the fact that this location is either permanently closed or the posted hours for Sunday are wrong it’s 2:45 and it’s completely closed but it says they open at 12:45 on the door and google. Wasted my time!

The website and google need to update the hours that this buisness is open!!!!! If it's permanently closed...SAY SO! Have a outgoing message on your phone line that tells the status. Wasted time driving clear across town to order food for aunt/uncle who are home bound. What a huge disappointment!!

Somehow my order was giving to the wrong person after waiting over 30 minutes, and the service is sub-par. Food taste pretty good but too many other issues possibly racially motivated.

Love this place. The All-You-Can-Eat weekly deals are always the best reason for putting on a couple of extra pounds. But ALWAYS well worth every last bite!! ?

There was no one in the drive through, so it was very quick. We ordered the catfish family pack. The fish was hot, some of the batter was off and you could see the almost translucent freezer burn on the fish. Which would explain why it was chewy. The French fries were all soggy in oil. The Coleslaw was actually brown, and the Tater sauce had been sitting out warm and had turned. This was so gross. I was supper sad, as I loved this place as a child. What a waste of money. I actually feel robbed. And I am still hungry, because we couldn't eat it!

The fish and shrimp were good, as were the hush puppies. However, the fries were under cooked and the restaurant was understaffed. One person served as hostess AND waitress...for 14 guests! One must order even before being seated, which made sense during covid restrictions, but not now.

This location has changed a lot since covid. It doesn't offer any all-you-can-eat items anymore and they make you order and pay before even being seated.. Not sure what happened to their customer service. It used to be an awesome place to eat. Now it's mediocre. Food is still good tho.

My husband and I tried the Nellis location. We were very satisfied with service and food. Also, satisfied with the prices. The Benfords.

The cat fish and sweet potato pie was my favorite the alligator tails were not a big deal.

They did not have w few thing we wanted yo order like the fried clams. The fries were old, soggy, and cold. No dipping sauce for the alligator. Bake potatoes under cooked. The catfish was definitely frozen then deep fried. The catfish want the worst we had but by no means was it even close to good catfish. The fried shrimp over cooked. And they gave us sweet n sour sauce nit sure why you don't eat alligator or shrimp with that. The coleslaw tasted bad it had a funky taste to it. Oh and the hush puppies looked like mini corn dogs that you buy at the grocery store Frozen. A true hush puppy they were not! They didn't even taste like hush puppies should and they were cold in center. This place was not worth the time to go to. Tried calling them to let them know and the phone just rang. First and last time we go there

The food, customer service and atmosphere set it off. Loved the huge portions of seafood and that we were able to sit down in an uncrowded space with a portable air purifier. We will be back.

Best fish and shrimp on the planet. Drive thru only. Alligator tail and hush puppies are phenomenal

My wife and I were the only two people in there. No salad barNo fried tomatoes,They hit you with a list of NO's up next to the cash register. Didn't see them again until we left. It's only a couple of miles from our home. So now we have to drive to the other side of town to go there. If you want Butter or something you pay extra for it.
