Very annoyed at the fact that this location is either permanently closed or the posted hours for Sunday are wrong it’s 2:45 and it’s completely closed but it says they open at 12:45 on the door and google. Wasted my time!

The website and google need to update the hours that this buisness is open!!!!! If it's permanently closed...SAY SO! Have a outgoing message on your phone line that tells the status. Wasted time driving clear across town to order food for aunt/uncle who are home bound. What a huge disappointment!!

Hush Puppy was a Las Vegas staple which included the unforgettable tank outside the dining room. There used to be two locations but now only the West Charleston exists. The new dine in approach is upscale but the food has changed. Salad bar and sides are different. Different doesn't mean worse but the prices aren't aligned with the serving sizes.

Called to verify. The Nellis location is closed permanently. Confirmed by its sister location in Charleston.

I love this place but for the past few weeks it's been saying the restaurant is open & I've driven 20 min to go down there & they're closed. I'm upset because on Google it says they're open but they have a sign on the window that their closed & will be closed for the whole week. Idk what's going on but please please please open back up!!!!!! & the food is amazing! I'm just giving 1 star because they've been closed with nooo explanation.

Somehow my order was giving to the wrong person after waiting over 30 minutes, and the service is sub-par. Food taste pretty good but too many other issues possibly racially motivated.

Love this place. The All-You-Can-Eat weekly deals are always the best reason for putting on a couple of extra pounds. But ALWAYS well worth every last bite!! ?

There was no one in the drive through, so it was very quick. We ordered the catfish family pack. The fish was hot, some of the batter was off and you could see the almost translucent freezer burn on the fish. Which would explain why it was chewy. The French fries were all soggy in oil. The Coleslaw was actually brown, and the Tater sauce had been sitting out warm and had turned. This was so gross. I was supper sad, as I loved this place as a child. What a waste of money. I actually feel robbed. And I am still hungry, because we couldn't eat it!

The fish and shrimp were good, as were the hush puppies. However, the fries were under cooked and the restaurant was understaffed. One person served as hostess AND waitress...for 14 guests! One must order even before being seated, which made sense during covid restrictions, but not now.

I've been to this place quite a few times and the last three times I've been they've been closed before 9 o'clock what is the whole purpose of having a scheduled time when they are closed every time before. This use to be one of my to go places but not anymore

This location has changed a lot since covid. It doesn't offer any all-you-can-eat items anymore and they make you order and pay before even being seated.. Not sure what happened to their customer service. It used to be an awesome place to eat. Now it's mediocre. Food is still good tho.

My husband and I tried the Nellis location. We were very satisfied with service and food. Also, satisfied with the prices. The Benfords.

The cat fish and sweet potato pie was my favorite the alligator tails were not a big deal.
