I used to visit this restaurant a lot haven't been there in a while. Went a couple of days ago and the food is really not as good as before I had catfish fried Green tomatoes gumbo none of it was very good especially the collard greens. I don't know if they're under New Management or ownership but whatever it is it's not very good now.

Prices were a little steep for what we got we looked Online and your prices were cheaper there than they were in the restaurant he drove a long ways to get there where the food is good the surface was lousy while I came back again not at those prices and not at that service I got the top Siri with the corn which was delicious I husband got the catfish with French fries they served us some hushed puppies when we st got there but never asked if we wanted more we ordered a water and a drink each of us they never came back to ask us who needed more drink or playing back and that's just how our food It was they did bring us a bill fast though No I would not recommend anybody coming there the fish is good the food is good the service is lousy

If I could give this place no stars ✨️!!!! Service was HORRIBLE!!!! The "owner" told my party that we could wait to be seated or he could just close. So we decided that we should find somewhere else to dine. I use to go to Hush Puppy years ago and it was the best but not this "new and improved one!!! IT IS HORRIBLE!!!

I love, love, love, and love some good, crispy, fried fish. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the fish at Hush Puppies due to MSG being used somewhere in the coating. The salad was amazing, and the macaroni and cheese was over creamy. The Hush Puppies were good. For anyone who can literally eat anything and want some good fish, this is the spot for you. Remember, always trust a big girl, for she knows where to eat (and not to eat if you have allergies)

This isn't the original Hush Puppy any more. It's a shadow of it's former self, and a below average diner now. Rather eat at a Sizzler. Took one look at the menu and another at the dining area and went to another place.
Got a to go order of catfish and shrimp. Absolutely delicious. The inside is very vibey!

It was the worst experience. I have ever had the food was horribo. The management was just as bad. I ordered catfit. Wasn't fresh. I want it to exchange. The fish and order something else. the Manager. told me.I couldn't do it.They do not do that if it's not good too bad. That they Hey where are you had A new policy and they were under new mit's meant so I paid for the food and told her to just throw it away.

In Vegas on Sunday, February 2nd, my friend and I ate at Hush Puppies. It was a staple eatery back in the day and we decided to make it our dining experience for the evening only to be disappointed by the service and the quality of “butterfly “ shrimp.
I had the fried Catfish, which was delicious, and “butterfly” shrimp plate. The plate consisted of two pieces of fish and 4 shrimp. The shrimp is not properly named. It’s the frozen and pre-breaded shrimp that one can get from the frozen section in a supermarket.
I informed the waitress that this is not what I was expecting for butterfly shrimp. She stated that she could not take it back and give me the all fish plate, which was another fish filet. She stated that it was management policy. I politely asked to speak with the manager and she said, I am the manager. She offered a 10% discount and said that was the best she could do.
It felt as thought once this exchange happened, she did not frequent our table. It was after we departed, my friend mentioned that the hush puppies should have been replenished. But we did not receive any additional hush puppies.
That was very disappointing to say the least that this once very papular establishment would allow such distasteful behavior in customer relations.
My suggestion to this establishment is to serve the food that is listed on the menu. A simple piece of fish could have been offered to resolve this situation.
Needless to say, I did not eat those frozen, flat, dried out pieces of shrimp.

Place was so cold could not enjoy food. Fish was fried hard, Jalapeño hushpuppies were not cooked in middle, chicken was cold before we could eat it. Will never return there. Waitress took order never came back until she brought bill and walked away.
