Kelly Christian’s music set beside the main bar was so much fun. He took requests, had a solid block of tunes that everyone knows, and is such a personable person and performer. Highly recommend checking him out when he is playing. Right by the bar for easy service.

Easily the worst service of any bar I've been to in my 30+ years of legal drinking age. When it's crowded, no matter how many people they have working, they can't handle the business. When it's empty, they can't handle the business. They fail to greet guests again and again. They fail to offer players drinks, again and again. If you're lucky enough to get service, it's done begrudgingly with an annoyed demeanor. The bar is disgusting with old emptys and ashtrays never getting cleared. Generally, I play a lot of bar video poker. But, it's lack of service and dirty bar make it basically unfeasable.

HNLV (the band) was OUTSTANDING.
A casino bar, there is regular live music in the evenings.

I Stayed 3 nights…didn’t want to leave! Gorgeous room & view! The vibe is amazing, shopping, great food all in one place! The infinity pool was my favorite! The gym is one of the nicest. I will definitely be back might be my new favorite place in Vegas:) Highly recommended!
The took my security hold on my card and its 10 days later after checkout and they still haven't released it and i can't get a live person on the phone to discuss it. I've called and left 3 messages. Poor customer service!!!!!!! I spoke to 3 different LIVE people who kept transferring me to a voicemail. Ridiculous!
Check in was basic. We were not reminded we had breakfast included or told where to get it or indeed any other facilities. More interested in giving our key cards and pulled to the "time share" sale pitch. Having said that, our room was fabulous, could not fault it. Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. I had downloaded the Lyft app and had Uber, with these we were never left waiting more than 5 minutes to get us anywhere.
Typically Hilton Property… Horrible service. Ask pool bar for bucket of ice to chill down kids drinks in 114 degree weather. NO…without buying a bucket of beer! One more reason not to purchase a membership!
First, I actually visited in April 2022. I work so much I forget to write a review. Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip is absolutely gorgeous! My suite looks just like the pictures. I booked it through Southwest Vacations. The customer service was excellent. Our room was outstanding the view didn’t bother me. There was construction going on across the street. It’s was minimum to none; not sure if it was just a rumor about investor ran out of funding. I could still see the strip and hotels from an angle. We were away from the action but close enough to everything. This time around we didn’t use transit buses to get around. We used Uber that was pretty good on prices regardless if it was 9 am - 4am in the day. Fremont was fun as usual and the strip didn’t disappoint. We ate at Waves a few times the food was good. The pools were beautiful and the atmosphere was lively & lovely. I have nothing against children lol. I have two adult sons however I try to choose a time period when I believe kids will be in school and the pandemic was still going on. The hotel was very diligent on cleaning and wearing mask in some areas. Our beds were perfect. The suite included a refrigerator, microwave washer & dryer, full sink, dishwasher, stove & oven. All the amenities I love and most of them we didn’t use besides the kitchen sink, refrigerator & microwave ?. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Went to a conference in Vegas and didn't stay at the conference hotel - being cheap. Stayed here. A mistake. These folks can't keep the elevators running. Black Coffee is $5+. They put the tubes of shampoo etc in the showers - good for the environment - bad for the guest when they are empty and you are taking a shower. No taxi service, so Uber which has always been 6 minutes or more for arrival. Haven't got a positive thing to say.

Loved staying in the 2-bedroom timeshare unit at The Boulevard Hilton Grand. Staff were courteous and pleasant. Our unit was immaculate, and we had plenty of towels throughout our stay. We enjoyed having the full kitchen to prepare various meals. Everything was clean and ran efficiently. Perfect for a family of 4. Loved how well the whole stay was throughout our week. The parking garage is very secure and you are not allowed entry in the evening through the main entrance without your key. This extra safety measure was much appreciated.
Never disappointed here! We loved this resort for our yearly summer vacations. It’s always super clean, with full kitchen and washers and dryers that are life savers when you have children. The staff are always super friendly and treat you super nice. They make it very easy to order supplies by a simple text and they literally at your door in minutes. It is right in the beginning of the strip so both children and adults get to have fun. We are walking distance from the casinos so no driving is required which makes it very convenient and we get our exercise in. The pool and everything is perfect. We can’t wait for our next summer vacations. Absolutely loved this place!
My overall service was excellent very attentive and prompt. The only thing about this hotel is the air conditioning works by motion so going to Las Vegas when the weather is 118, It would have been amazing for my room air to be already on when I entered the room. Otherwise great family experience.
Where do I start? Well it really doesn't matter because all parts of my stay would get the highest 10 rating. As soon as my husband & I arrived, we noticed just how beautiful the landscaping was & how CLEAN the property was from the outside. Then we stepped into the beautiful Oasis & was equally as impressed. The resort is stunning. We were in room 710 with a beautiful view of the stunning pool. My husband and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary & we have spent the past 7 years at Vegas during this time. We have stayed at 7 different hotels just to fully experience Vegas BUT we have already said that we were returning to this location next year since we LOVED it so much. Everything (and I mean everything) exceeded expectations. The kitchen had full size STAINLESS steel appliances. It was a full kitchen that also included a washer and dryer. We also loved the pull-out sofa bed with the match chaise. All of the furniture would be something that I would love in my own home. The bedroom lamps were to "die for". The bedroom also had a sitting bench in the room and the bed was beyond large & comfortable. There are plenty of outlets for all of our gadgets that needed to be charged. Plenty of lighting in all the rooms. All of the furniture accessories (rugs, lamps, pictures) just blended well together for a more upscaled looked. I appreciated how representatives would check on us via their text message system to see if everything was satisfactory during our stay being proactive rather than being reactive to situations. Every time I text for information, I received an immediate "pleasant" response. Everyone we encounter was always smiling and seem to really want to assist and LOVE their jobs. Another observation is that this place is "white glove" clean. I even took pictures of the lobby rest rooms to show just how clean everything was. There are employees cleaning all day. I even witness employees wiping down the decorative trash containers daily. I would have never known they were trash bins until my husband needed to throw away something. The pool area is nicely kept. They even have multiple lifeguards on duty rotating each station. We ate at the WAVES bar and grill every morning for breakfast & that area too was spotless clean. This by far is one of my Vegas favorite hotels (HANDS DOWN). I have zero negatives. Kudos to the entire HGV staff. We have found our permanent hotel home. Fyi, the server name YES, was fantastic all 4 days of our stay. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and served us well. She made our mornings and was very conversational to make us feel even more welcome.
We had drinks here a couple times while staying at the Westgate. The first time was great; the sweet Asian lady was attentive & friendly. The second time, we were stunned at how rude the bar tender was (I think his name was Art? Older guy with an accent). Not only was he unfriendly to us, he was very disrespectful to the staff around him. Plus the drinks he made were watery and gross.
