There was a bartender at the las vegas airport named “jewels”.An older lady mid 60s. Very terrible customer service! There was actually no customer service for me i believe it was a discriminatory reason as she was very rude because she had good energy with everyone else and even skipped serving me in line so when I reciprocated a little attitude she just flat out said il call the security. I told her your attitude is bad for business and if you cant help keep up with keeping customers satisfied and just atleast have a decent attitude. Please i would like some form of customer service training for her as if she keeps discriminating people it can just hurt the business. Thank you for hearing my concerns. Also she did not allow me to drink and even delayed me for even asking for 1.

Doesn't make sense why someone would be rude and condescending right off the back. We got you make our drink when you want (how slow you want) but not how you want. Not for you to decide what a customer wants unless asked. Also some people are in a rush , if you haven't notices this is an airport. Fast pace , people on the move. So excuse us if some people seem to be in a rush. Shortly I suggest that Lady not be so hostile and confrontational. You dont like your job, go ahead and quit.

We were delighted to find this local bar with Grab and go food still open after nine PM at the airport. The friendly bartender had a good service ethic. We had a salad from a jar, and it was surprisingly tasty

There isn’t any food, though there are grab and gos in a refrigerator next to the bar… and they serve drinks in plastic cups.
Really only worth sitting here if the other places around are full and you’re trying to get a drink..
