TL/DR. Bartender was a nightmare, drinks were average and overpriced. Spend your money at the laundry room.AVOID IF YOU ARE A COCKTAIL CONNOISSEUR!The way you access the bar was very interesting and added to the speakeasy vibe. The decor and ambiance was nice as well. Nothing negative about the looks and feel of the place. Our bartender for the evening was only interested in the 3 ladies at the opposite end of the bar. Never acknowledged us when we sat down and only Asked one time how our drinks were. She also seemed to be annoyed at the other server that was working. They have you fill out this little card and the bartender makes your drink based on the answers. My wife was the only one that enjoyed what she got. Some kind of raspberry cocktail and it was good. Myself and another friend’s drink. Left much to be desired. Mine tasted like a standard sour drink you’d get at any night club and my friends tasted like nothing more than mango juice. If you asked what was made the bartender just said oh one of my creations. I asked if we could fill out another card for something different and we were told no this is a one time thing. Oh ok? My wife then asked if she could order another of what was made for her. The server said well usually we don’t do that but I will ask. She turned to the bartender and asked..the bartender had a visceral reaction…threw her hands in the air and said “I have no idea what I made..I’ve made so many drinks tonight. I don’t remember”. Turns to my wife and says “sorry” while shrugging and walking back to chat with the ladies at the other end of the bar. There was maybe 15 people in the bar..and I overheard her tell the other guests that it was a raspberry peach drink. So I’m not sure how you can’t recreate a drink you made 10 minutes ago..that was made while having a conversation about your ex boyfriends. Clearly you have made this drink before. That was also evident by watching the bartender make multiple drinks that were made exactly like mine and my friends “special drink”.This is not the type of service I would expect from a place where reservations are required and it’s anywhere from 25-50$ for a drink. We pulled up the menu from the bar outside the speakeasy. The drinks seemed to be more curated and 10-20$ less than the drinks in the Lock.My wife and I had just gotten married, and she was still in her wedding dress so The staff did comp us 2 drinks. We were extremely grateful for that.Overall, Go to the laundry room in Fremont. And if you do go here, and your bartender is the blonde woman from LA. Just get up and leave.

I've wanted to go here since the year before I'm writing this review. Overall, the drinks were well mixed and the service was good. I do think the price was high for the drink quality, which is why I'm rating this lower. For $25+ per drink, I guess I don't know what I was expecting, but the drinks were made with mixers you can buy at nicer liquor stores - there really wasn't anything special about them. The drinks I got were on the fruity side, which I prefer. So, all in all, it was a good experience, just not at $100 experience.

Great spot, great drinks, fun way of getting in and the option to not be creative to get in. Loved it.

Best speakeasy we’ve ever been to! (And we’ve been to quite a few). We loved the fun way to get into the bar, including the mini escape room. It’s quick but fun and unique. Inside it is beautiful and totally embodies speakeasy vibes. We got a reservation close to when it opened so were the first in, which was great to take pics. We found the service to be very attentive and friendly, and they gave great recommendations (including our favourite drink of the trip- the brown bear one). We loved each of our cocktails and always enjoy when they make a special one based on preferences. It wasn’t cheap- but not outlandish for quality cocktails in Vegas. Would definitely recommend going to the lock as opposed to staying in the cabinet of curiosities- it’s way more private and has more immersive vibes.

First time here and found it via Google. Had an absolutely amazing experience. The decor of the initial bar is beautiful and welcoming. Definitely alot of photo opportunities. Then when you sign up to go into the secret bar, you do a quick series of clues and answering questions to get access. Once inside it's such a vibe. The decor, the drinks, the staff....all wonderful. The manager David was very nice and welcoming. He even offered to take pictures of me and my friend. The server was a complete doll. She was wonderful. The bartender, Nelle.....omg, the drinks were fabulous! They definitely hit the spot. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back!

Awesome speakeasy and great service by our server Emily and our mixologist Jon. Thx for the great experience. You will pay for the top shelf but worth it if Jon is there.

Pretty cool place, the entry is an interesting experience. Drinks are VERY good (do the hidden drink test), however it is quite expensive, so be ready for that. Great ambiance!

Such a fun speakeasy! Do make reservations. Great ambience and I love the secret way to get in by climbing through the bank vault if you answer the right questions. They don't serve food but the cocktails were so delightful. They do offer a little questionnaire that you fill out and the mixologist will create a custom one based on your answers.

This experience was soooooo unique and nothing that I have ever experienced before. YOU DO NEED A RESERVATION! You will then get an email with instructions on how to access the speakeasy. The ambiance was on point and the bartenders really guided us through the process and we truly had an amazing experience. You have to do the little survey card where they make you a surprise drink depending on your mood. DO IT!!!

The Lock was exactly what a Speakeasy should be - difficult to find and worth the effort once you're inside. We really enjoyed the experience of solving a puzzle to get in, crawling through the doorway, and then emerging in an eclectically designed room that was both cozy and cool. The drinks are unusual, and you're offered one specifically designed for you after answers some questions. We highly recommend this place for a fun first or 100th date, or for a group looking for something different.

Quite possibly the coolest thing I experienced in Vegas! A speakeasy inside a speakeasy! The bartender outside made the best espresso martinis! Behind the locked door the best mixologist ever! And our “Boston brother” gave us an extra surprise! Super cool! 5 stars! 2 thumbs up! #

I won a 500$ VIP speak easy experience from a silent auction to benefit the hospital I work at paid 250$. what a disappointment 300$ VIP room was hot one little fan. My bill was 1600$ for 90 minutes not bad for 9 people. We had to flag down the manager to pay our bill. They added 18% and not even the manager mentioned it. we were in a hurry to leave our shuttle was waiting the room was dark I didn't notice the gratuity added we tipped on top 437$ tip for a hot room and very poor service !! Spoke to the manager who helped me schedule she deferred me to her director with no response! My advice skip this place definitely the VIP room is not worth 300$!! Go somewhere else and spend your money !

A hidden gem well worth the adventure! Not only is the main bar eclectic and very hip, the hidden speakeasy is definitely worth checking out. Reservations are highly recommended but not needed. If you're looking for a swanky spot with excellent cocktails and an inviting atmosphere, do check it out. If you're just looking for a cheap drink to get totally wasted, don't. Leave your dude-bros and woo-girls home. This is for refined connoisseurs.
