The Lodge Cactus is a cool place near the reviewer's home, offering awesome fish and chips with clam chowder. The portion sizes are huge, and the beer is reasonably priced. The food is excellent, and while there have been some service issues when the dining room was empty, the food is consistently good. The fries are plentiful, and the atmosphere is amazing. It is a very open space where guests can play pool and enjoy a safe environment. The staff, especially Tyler, are friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. The Lodge Cactus is a great spot for games and gatherings, providing a welcoming space for everyone.
