Madhouse you have my heart! I bounce back and forth between madhouse coffee and their other location at coffee madness, Same owners, same vibes. This Palestinian owned coffee shop has DELICIOUS coffee, pastries, and sandwiches that don't make you go broke. 15 bucks gets me lunch and a large drink and they've helped me get through 3 Semesters of a doctoral program so far! My ONE request is that you stay open later on weekends but that's me being selfish and needy. at madhouse you MUST try the almond croissants, baked fresh every morning, and can never go wrong with the BLT sandwich or Lox Bagel. the service is always warm, friendly and my son always looks forward to his snack bag in the drive thru. Incredible coffee, incredible service. They are always so friendly, respectful, and the coffee is fantastic. I highly recommend a lavender vanilla latte with oat milk, it’s my go-to and this has quickly become my favourite coffee spot. I have recommended it to all of my friends, especially as an alternative to big chain coffee shops. Support your local businesses! <3

Dropped by here on a whim for the first time to get some breakfast and a coffee. The pastry case consisted of smooshed sad muffins and a moldy banana. Lost my appetite immediately. Not even going to rate customer service in my review, girl at the front was new and didn't even know how to work the cash register. Super nice girl and not her fault, management failed her. They did not train her like, at all. I felt very bad for her. Mixed drinks are the champion here, I got an Irish Cream and it was made well and tastes great, very sugar heavy if you're into mixed coffee drinks. For my coffee enthusiasts, wouldn't trust the quality of their straight up black coffee, judging by the way they treat their food and employees, probably not well cared for either.

I've been here a couple times and haven't been disappointed before. This was my first time having food, there are only a couple vegetarian options, I got the rabbit habit sandwich. It was very very good! I'm not usually a fan of pesto but this sandwich made it work. Although i've been here before i've never had the coffee , in the past i've had the chai latte and loved it. I had an americano this time. When the barista handed me the drink he said to let him know if I ended up wanting cream or sugar. I left the shop before tasting it and wished I had asked for some, the shots were not pulled right, it was extremely bitter. Mixed feelings overall.

My husband and I were visiting Vegas and we had planned to hit up this place once we saw Keith lee review it. We both got the innocent bystander sandwiches and mango smoothie and we were both really satisfied with our order. It really hit the spot! The sandwiches came with a chipotle Mayo and made with ciabatta bread. The sauce/spread worked really well with the turkey. The mango smoothie was surprisingly delicious and refreshing and I say that because most places use artificial flavoring or prepackaged fruit purée but theirs wasn't any of that at all. It tasted like the actual fruit itself! Our main reason to come here was to also support the owners because they're palestinians. FREE PALESTINE!

This place is awesome. It’s a nice mom and Pop shop the daughters work for their dad there very pleasant cheaper than Starbucks and it taste delicious.
A little pricey but by far the BEST coffee I've found anywhere in Vegas. The drive thru was fast and they don't use too much ice.

After seeing Keith Lee's review and giving Madhouse Coffee on Eastern/Pebble a try, I've been coming in ever since and have never had a bad experience any time I stop by! Given that their drinks are advised as being really sweet, I appreciate that Madhouse offers guests to request modifying the beverages to help make them either less or more sweet. Most of the times that I've gone in and have had my order taken by Amira (I apologize if I misspelled your name!) or other staff present to take my order, they've always been super welcoming, helpful and patient. The hot pumpkin spice latte and the iced pumpkin spiced chai lattes are delicious, and ordering them half-sweet hits the spot for me! Their food items are also delicious and filling, especially their lox and bagel sandwich :) The environment is also clean and cozy and I enjoy the ambience and vibes it gives every time I walk in to order. Thanks for always being great coffee spot in Vegas, and I'll continue to support you guys as a local business!

I’m a regular that has picked up my morning coffee and breakfast here no less than a dozen times. I’m noticing a downward trend in their level of service and attention to detail. Missing items and incorrectly prepared foods are becoming a regular issue when I order. Today I placed an order on their company website 15 minutes before I arrived. I walked through the door for pickup and they attempted to hand me the incorrect order. After telling them that this massive 5 drink order with sandwiches wasn’t mine, they asked how I had placed my order. I told them I went through their online ordering system on the site, they quickly recognized they had been forgetting to check the online order system. I was then informed they would get it out to me quickly. I waited 4 minutes, so that was quick but the latte came out Luke warm and with no vanilla flavoring. I’m disappointed, again. I’ll be skipping this location moving forward and picking up from a different local coffee shop.
