During my first few visits I was told that their coffee brewing machine was broken. The truth is that they choose not to serve it. That forces you to buy one of their wildly overpriced drinks if you want to stay.
The only reason I go there is to write. The atmosphere and the type of crowd Madhouse attracts, both foster a creative vibe.

Just here to add another one star review to the worst customer service coffee House in Las Vegas.
You train people to be so cold?
Despicable. Hope it goes out of business.

Thought the meat in my food looked sus and ate it anyways because I thought I was maybe overthinking it. I ended up with food poisoning and currently going through it at 3 AM -_-. Not fun!
Update: My food poisoning lasted four days. Two of those I had to take off work. I had the perscuitto caprese sandwhich. I had taken a photo of it to ask my boyfriend for his opinion on whether it was good or not but he didnt reply in time unfortunately.

if i could do 0 stars i would because i will never be back. the menu is false advertising they include major ingredients in their food that are left out on the menu for example i ordered a burger and it had ketchup on it however the menu says it only has an aioli. when i received my food and bit into it the flavor was horrible i couldn’t enjoy it at all and paid extra to add yucca fries . the fries were so freezer burnt not even ketchup would make them taste better. When i asked the manager for a refund he refused and kept trying to get me to come back. If the food taste freezer burnt im not taking another chance therefore i would’ve preferred a refund and he told me to call
my bank and dispute it after telling me he would call back and never did i had to reach out to him for him to ultimately tell me to dispute the charge or come back for a remake so maybe his business is hurting because the food isn’t fresh , his attitude sucks , the OWNER is UNPROFESSIONAL, and they cant afford to refund a disgusting old meal that i wouldn’t even feed my dog.

This was going to be my go-to spot, but not after my experience today with a grub hub delivery. Presentation of food was poor, food was not cooked. Unsure if this was real meat Vs. the impossible. I had to call the store to confirm that it was “fake meat”. Although, it was confirmed by the associate that they do not carry or serve hamburger meat, the impossible meat was not cooked correctly.see picture below. Sadly, I will not be a return customer. This was not worth the $26.00 paid plus tip. It didn’t even include fries, and the only thing I tasted was ketchup. I do not recommend ever ordering their impossible burger 0/10

The Cappuccino was very good but small and $6.45 plus tip.. music was a bit noisy.

I went through the drive-thru. Small latte with 2 shots. $6.45. I asked for non-fat milk. I dont think it was non-fat as it had a sweet flavor, not in a good way, maybe it was spoiled? The espresso was weak and watery. I would not go back.

I was driving by this area with my family on New Year's Day when I had the urge to try a new coffee shop. I was traveling West on Desert Inn Rd when I noticed this business and decided to quickly turn into the parking area (don't worry, I used my turn signal, unlike many drivers in this city). Since we were stopping on a holiday, I was concerned that the business was closed, and since there were minimal vehicles in the parking lot, I thought we would be left with an unfortunate situation and had to continue our journey to the next closest coffee shop. Lucky enough, MadHouse Coffee was open and when we walked in, there were a significant amount of customers inside.
A coffee shop's décor can be a hit-or-miss depending on what satisfies your needs. I can't say I was a huge fan of the décor at this place, but I know of many people that probably would love it. I was a little taken back by some of the items on display; needless to say, I am providing a courtesy heads-up to other customers that there are items (and video) not suitable for younger ages. Personally, I was shocked (unless I missed it) that I didn't see a sign/message outside to those that have children, giving those families a warning before entering.
The service was good; I don't know how many employees this business has but there were just two baristas behind the counter when we stopped in. Considering the ratio between the amount of customers in the shop and the two workers, I was amazed at how fast we received our drinks. The ambiance was ok; it's definitely not my cup of tea (or in my situation, not my cup of coffee) - I prefer the more relaxing/quiet atmosphere. The shop wasn't massive, but it did provide a suitable space for those looking to hang out (there's even outside seating too).
We ordered the "Michael Jackson," "Monkey Mocha," and Japanese Matcha for our drinks. Although all these drinks are traditionally blended, we were fortunate and grateful that they were able to accommodate us and made the Michael Jackson and Monkey Mocha hot. It was a slightly chilly day so I wasn't in the mood to get something cold. All three drinks were phenomenal. We didn't get the opportunity to try any of their food so my review is solely based on their drinks, service, and atmosphere. Although, I will add that some of the items in the display case did look appetizing (no, not the adult-themed items).
Overall, I liked this coffee shop, as depicted in my 4-star rating. The prices are reasonable, but chances are, I won't return anytime soon. This is mainly due to location, since I reside in the far Northwest part of the city and I have outstanding coffee shops close to me. However, I am still recommending this business to everyone passing this area or to folks that live within close proximity to this shop.

The coffee is great… but we can’t justify spending $30 plus tip on two drinks… $2 for oat milk is shocking.
How do i buy 500 coffees and have only 27 points? A then i cant even get a coffee for point only a microwaved sandwich. Once i went there and a girl told me i can get a coffee unless i pay for one i didnt pay for. Like what hustle is that.
Good coffee but is it really worth more than starbucks? MH Point system is wack , MH 3 dollars more then starbucks and was jacked for money on 2 latte’s had to pay for them because i didn't want to look like the thief also i wanted a late night coffee. So a drink from Madhouse is 8 bucks plus tip of 20 percent . Nearly 10$ . And point will not land you an coffee .Almost ready to buy a machine and do this my self with my own blonde espresso for 1/4 of price. espresso $5 and employees are getting 25 an hour .
