So we found this joint just by chance, so we drove out from Aliente for a Veterans Day Lunch for a carnivorous retired U.S. Marine.
We came in and were greated as we walked through the door, we got our Menus took a seat and had the only downfall i could find and that was figuring out what to order. So we started with the Drunkin Curds that come out in this little bathtub type dish, and sauces (pic ls posted below. We then ordered 2 War Pig taco wholly piggy is it delicious, then we got a green chilie chicken taco, my daughter got the Lil Bird which is a delicious buttermilk hand breaded chicken tenders, with fries, I ordered a Mushroom Steak and Swiss (i had them change out the meat for a Garlic Sirloin steak which i highly reccomend.),The owner Sunny well I think she's the owner was on top of all the tables, and checking in with all of the guest.
So if you're looking for an amazing locally owned and operated restaurant where the Quality of the ingredients matter and Guest Service/Satisfaction are done at the highest level then get in here and support them please this place is a hidden treasure and we need more places like this in Vegas that's off strip and just delivers at the highest level.

The Meat Wagon is amazing! I have been here twice now and every single thing I've tried is so good! Especially the freebird and the chicken & waffles. Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. The service is also impeccable and the interior is really cool. Will definitely be back again ?

The bacon brisket was “slap yo momma” good!!?? Staff was even better, every business should take notes from this place…True Las Vegas service?? Def a go to when I want the MEATS!!

The food was excellent, and the service was prompt. I wish I had caught the cook's name since he took our order and prepared the meal. We didn’t wait long at all.

Took our team last night 11/6/24 and it was great. Found here on Google maps and it’s a great little place and the cool par is the owner said he started as food truck. I got the Meat Sweats flat bread and it was delicious.

We saw some reviews on a local food group and decided to try out The Meat Wagon. Oh boy, were we surprised! Let's start with the aesthetics. The interior is absolutely amazing, filled with cool wall art and unique decorations throughout the place.
The customer service was phenomenal. The staff not only joked with us but were also professional, quickly serving our food and offering great recommendations.
Lastly, the food was incredibly good. The quality was astonishing. Even the little touch of serving Brussels sprouts in a tiny porcelain toilet was hilariously creative. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Oh, and they have custom in-house lemonades – highly recommended!
Update: We keep coming back, and for good reason! The food continues to be amazing, and we've sampled several different dishes from the menu. Each one has been delicious, consistently exceeding our expectations. This has officially become a must-visit spot for us every month!

The food was perfect and delicious. Got the chicken tenders and rocket fries, war pig taco and drunken cheese curds. Cooked perfect. Will absolutely recommend to anyone I know that's coming to Vegas and will come back next time I visit.
