My waitress Nicole was incredible!
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Modern Vegan in Las Vegas, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This vegan restaurant is beautiful,with a vibrant atmosphere, cozy seating, and heaping portions of delicious, heimish vegan comfort food that leave you full and happy.
But what really set this visit apart was our incredible waitress, Nicole!! She was kind, courteous, and caring in every way. Her attentive service, warm personality, and genuine kindness made us feel so welcome. She paid attention to every detail, was accommodating without ever being intrusive, and added such positive energy and Chen to the meal. I can honestly say this was the best restaurant service Iāve ever experienced.
If youāre looking for a Las Vegas vegan restaurant that combines outstanding food with exceptional service, Modern Vegan is a must-visit. Between the generous portions, the amazing atmosphere, and the kind of service that makes you feel like family, this place is a true gem. I canāt wait to return!

I had an amazing experience at The Modern Vegan! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left me more than satisfied. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was equally impressiveāattentive, friendly, and perfectly timed. A special shoutout to our waitress, Nicole, who was truly outstanding. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole dining experience even better. Overall, this is one of those places where you feel taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I went twice over Labor Day weekend with 2 different people. One was a meat lover who thought his Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was terrific. I ordered the Spicy Chākn sandwich one day and the Bacon Chākn ranch on spinach wrap the next. Just crazy how good their food is! Very modest outside and very nice inside!!! I highly recommend it.

I really donāt understand how the place has these reviews. The greeter was not friendly, no smiles.
Took a server over 5 minutes to come to our table and it was dead. I donāt eat soy and asked the server what may be a good option. She said, āimpossible and beyond burgers are both soy free.ā While I know beyond is, impossible has always been made of soy. The waitress said the owner told her impossible was soy free now. Well thatās wrong and only a simple google search away. If youāre making vegan food, know your facts.
My husband got the truffle Mac that was edible but had no truffle flavor so $27 for what noodles and cheese sauce? Cool.
What came out for me was the saddest most overcooked burger Iāve ever seen. I asked for just greens and bbq sauce. It came out with 2 handfuls of spinach stuffed into the bun. Greens were not even dressedā¦. No salt, pepper, oil, nothing, a tomato, some pesto I never asked for that was dried up bc the patty sucked up all the moisture.
I really wanted to love this place but it was without a doubt the worst vegan meal Iāve ever had (in 8 yrs) and would not consider coming back.
When the waitress saw my pile of greens after she gathered plates, you could hear her complaining at the kitchen asking why there was so much greens on the plate.
She did that yet never apologized to us or offer to take it off the tab seeing I clearly didnāt eat it.
Food: a 1 but they wonāt let me give it 1 star.
Waitstaff: also a 1.
Go elsewhere. Donāt waste your $80 here.

We had the cauliflower wings with barbecue sauce, steak stroganoff fettuccine, and the mac and cheese with white truffle oil. Everything was full of flavor and the portions were just right.
The staff was friendly and the place has a calm, casual vibe. Iād go back without hesitation and recommend it to anyone who wants solid vegan comfort food in a relaxed setting.

The restaurant is great. The food is decent.(Have to try other items versus the Item I had which was mediocre).
However the waitress had a bad attitude. She was a Caucasian female that seemed annoyed that I needed more time to order my food. I would highly recommend changing her with someone else.

Yummy vegan restaurant off the strip. Prices were higher than I imagined off strip, but still a great place to try!
We got the jalapeno poppers, the game changer meal, and a root beer float. The jalapeno poppers were pretty good. The game changer was good, but super greasy and heavy. The root beer float was missing from our order, and the phone number in our email receipt isn't the correct phone number for the restaurant so we aren't sure how to have that resolved. Overall the food was pretty good, but was very expensive for 3 jalapeno poppers and a burger with a missing drink. I'd recommend going in for your order to avoid not getting your full order/a refund/replacement item. Overall I'll try it again in person their breakfast items look tasty.

Itās impossible to speak with a human via phone. I was trying to order food for delivery and have specific dietary restrictions which require me to speak with a human to confirm ingredients in the sauces but they have no option for that, itās all a bot.
Iāll never know what I can eat here and so Iām unable to place an order.

The Modern Vegan in Vegas is an absolute must-go! Iāve actually flown to Vegas just to eat there. The menu is huge, creative, and full of mouth-watering options ā Iāve tried so many dishes that itās impossible to pick a favorite. From hearty breakfasts to decadent desserts, everything is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The portions are generous and the staff is always friendly. I absolutely love this place and canāt wait for my next trip back!
