The restaurant is great. The food is decent.(Have to try other items versus the Item I had which was mediocre).
However the waitress had a bad attitude. She was a Caucasian female that seemed annoyed that I needed more time to order my food. I would highly recommend changing her with someone else.

It’s impossible to speak with a human via phone. I was trying to order food for delivery and have specific dietary restrictions which require me to speak with a human to confirm ingredients in the sauces but they have no option for that, it’s all a bot.
I’ll never know what I can eat here and so I’m unable to place an order.

The Modern Vegan in Vegas is an absolute must-go! I’ve actually flown to Vegas just to eat there. The menu is huge, creative, and full of mouth-watering options — I’ve tried so many dishes that it’s impossible to pick a favorite. From hearty breakfasts to decadent desserts, everything is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The portions are generous and the staff is always friendly. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait for my next trip back!

The food here is very good. I got their biscuits and gravy which I added sautéed veggies and a Louisiana chicken cutlet to go with it since I couldn't decide between the two. My bf tried their crab cake benedict, which was also very yummy and interesting in flavor. We tried their bacon mac and cheese on the side, which was just okay. It's maybe not the best vegan mac I've had, but it definitely was not the worst.
Our server was very accommodating, and came by a couple times for water/coffee refills. She was very nice, very lovely service.
Definitely get their Died and Gone to Heaven pbj. Sooo yummy. It reminds me of fair food, which I love!

Incredible menu of the best vegan comfort food. Since our last visit, menu has slimmed down a bit but still tons of tasty items. Kinda worried they are encountering financial challenges so please patronize as much as possible to make sure they stay around. Full vegan restaurants are somewhat sparse in LV so do what you can to keep the good ones around.

I’m giving this 4🌟 cause I would give it another chance. But the Mac n cheese with brisket was very disappointing esp for the price. I got a dollop of brisket and the Mac just didn’t meet expectations and wasn’t very cheesy at all. The milkshake was delicious but was the consistency of milk which was again very disappointing because both the Mac n cheese and the shake were very pricey and the quality didn’t match the price. The Philly cheese steak redeemed them it was good but for the amount of money I paid I definitely expected more. I got my food to go but that should not have changed anything. The restaurant was very nice tho and service was fast.
