The selection is very limited; the food is average; the wait time is long; the staff was nice.

This restaurant is very interesting. I went to take out breakfast three days ago. I was greeted by a handsome African-American guy. He was always friendly and smiling every day. He knew that we didn’t speak the same language and would communicate with us attentively so that we could make a smooth purchase. Thank you The bills are all takeaway (no tip column) receipts, so there is no need to pay tips at all.
On the fourth day, a different lady came to receive me. She was also smiling at first, but she gave me a bill for dine-in use (with a tip column). Since I didn’t fill in a tip for take-out, my attitude changed. It was still her the next day, and she didn’t even smile. Yes, changing our face is like turning a page in a book. We are bullied because we are country people and do not understand American rules.
In the first three days, we were really satisfied with the handsome African-American man. But because this young lady with a sweet smile gave us too strong a feeling, it lowered the service satisfaction and lowered the rating.
I really don’t agree with the tipping system in the United States, but it’s also the first time I’ve encountered a takeout person tricking someone into asking for a tip.

We come here quite often, not sure why honestly. Every time we order food something is messed up or the completely forget someone's order. Tonight we ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and tatertots with cheese. A grilled cheese came out 7 minutes after a burger which makes no sense so my dates burger got cold as we sat and waited for my food to arrive. When it finally got here the grilled cheese has no bacon and the tatertots have no cheese. The waitress looked at me like me like I was stupid. After a few min they came back and offered to prepare a new one. However everyone else is nearly finished and my food still hasn't arrived. This place is junk and I won't be returning. Horrible service and rude waitresses running around flirting with everyone vs serving actual customers. This place is garbage and I'm disappointed I even wasted my time with this establishment. They made me a new one, i waited 16 min for the food to arrive, everyone had allready fi ished there food. When mine came again it was messed up. No bacon on the grilledcheese like i asked and no cheese on the tatertots. After i waited another 10 min thw waittress came over to ask if everything was allright. I told her it was messed up again. She brought a small ketchup size amout of cheese then left. They didnt fix my food order. The manager came down and talked to the other people at the table and qouldnt even aknowledge me. He was rude aswell and told us to settle down. I took 2 bites and we left as the grilled cheese wasn't even warm. Compleate waste of time and money. Your business is a joke at best.Waittress staff is horrible and the manager was just as horrible. I see why this place has two stars and the building is virtually empty. ?

I went to the counter to place my breakfast order. They told me to go sit down at any table, and a server would come and take my order. I sat for about 10 minutes. Nobody showed up to take my order so I decided to go somewhere else and get some breakfast.

Nice spot for dinner and beer especially if you're there for a show which is right behind the restaurant in Resorts World. It's pub food but everyone in our group was happy with their selections.
Poor service , they closed my bill before even giving my food. Not even bothered why we are waiting.

Eh. Food was just OK, but the service was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the live music. Mikey the bartender was great!
Decent grilled cheeses on a quick notice.

It is a pretty nice sports bar with GIANT tvs for watching sports. We decided to get a burger. The restaurant was busy, but there were still several open tables. We sat down at the table and was told we needed to spend at least $50 per person to occupy the table since they were "so busy" (even though there were still open tables.) We got up and left. Now, I know some restaurants will require a 1 drink purchase, but thats reasonable. Requiring patrons to spend at least $100 shows they don't care about their customers.
Ask for Jaclyn. She's wonderful. I recommend the burgers for lunch and the steak and eggs for breakfast.
These folks serve raw chicken. My husband ordered a hotdog and I ordered a chicken sandwich but the chicken came up first. Realy? A hot dog is basically cooked. Second bite in I notice a raw taste and sure enough. When asked the manager replies its not their kitchen. My husband could not finish because he is immuno compromised and could not take the risk.
