Cozy atmosphere, great drinks, and we had a great server.

Ordered a burger with bacon and cheese to go, bacon was $12 extra which seems a bit scammy, and the burger doesn’t come with fries. Burger was ok, came with lettuce and thousand island dressing, not worth $46 though.

They got above a one star rating because we were a fairly large unannounced group and they were able to accommodate us (it was pretty empty so again don’t feel too bad).Service was just abysmal. At one point, someone in our group complained about their drink and they admitted two ingredients they were out of so they substituted what they thought were okay ingredients instead of explaining to choose something else.Getting refills on drinks was near impossible otherwise (shoutout to the busser though keeping water filled!).And then trying to pay was also an impossibility as our server just disappeared for a good 15 minutes and dropped off the credit card reader in a state that we weren’t able to use.

Food was underwhelming for the price. Appetizers were just ok but the Prime Rib Sandwich was joke for the cost - do not order. Nice classy decor but very dark inside - saw several people using their phone flashlight just to read the menu. Service was friendly and attentive.
Had a great experience here, was seated promptly when we arrived for our reservation. Pictured are the NoMad Breakfast, Scampi, French Toast, Hamachi Ceviche with Beausoleil Oysters, and a coffee

Had a 630 reservation and never got seated, then the restaurant texted us 4 hours later that our table was almost ready. Girl working the counter was off putting and seated multiple walk ins while we were waiting.
NoMad Bar is a can’t miss place. Nestled inside Park MGM is this elegant Bar. The atmosphere is amazing. The serving staff is top notch. Joel is one of the best serves we’ve had at any restaurant in Vegas and we eat out a lot. The NoMad Bar Brunch is one of if not the Best on the strip. The cinnamon roll French toast is so delicious, best French toast. The Wagyu Beef dish and the Dry Aged Beef Burger are so flavorful and just hit the spot. The lattes are so smooth and tasteful. This place is a can’t miss when visiting Las Vegas. Nick the GM and his staff at NoMad Bar took great care with it Brunch and it felt like a personalized dining experience. Thank you to everyone!

Great place. Come see for yourself.
We had the lobster Mac and cheese and it was probably the best Mac and cheese I have ever had, so flavourful. We also had the deep fried artichoke hearts and they were also very tasty. The service was amazing, really great atmosphere… don’t the let books fool you it’s a very fun cool vibe. Highly recommend this place 10/10 for service food and atmosphere.
Sadly disappointed. We ordered drinks ahead of our food, then our food. Food arrived 30 minutes later still no drinks. Waiter came by twice during the 45 min to tell us they were still working on the drinks. Finished our food still no drinks. Food quality was terrible. We had been here twice before and the food was good. However, this time the quality of the burger was below a fast food level and overcooked. $24 for a poor quality burger. Finally asked for our check without the drinks that never arrived. We're then informed one of the bartenders had just walked-out and our missing in action waiter was trying to figure out the drinks. I understand things happen, but communication would have gone a long way. Even with the bad outcome of the drinks, the poor quality of the food, which was also delivered in increments with the last delivery was cold. It appears they have a severe management issue
Now four and a half years since opening, Chef Daniel Humm and partner Will Guidara divested from the project and locations in New York as well as Los Angeles shuttered, NoMaD continues to perform well in Sin City thanks to the boutique hotel’s proximity to T-Mobile Arena plus a dedicated clientele. Opened when Eleven Madison Square was hot off its award as the “World’s Best Restaurant,” décor unchanged and service improved under the guidance of Nick Servedio, NoMaD Bar offers Dinner plus weekend Brunch complete with live music. Fronted by floor-to-ceiling windows bathing tables as well as couches with light, arguably Las Vegas most comfortable eatery, it was upon perusal of the menu that seven plates plus Pastries were requested, sold-out Cream Cheese Danishes no problem as warmed Muffins, Nutella Viennoiserie and a Cinnamon Roll all performed well. Offering bottomless Coffee plus crafted Cocktails, “Hot Lips” living up to its name, Raw Scallops gather texture from cracked Pistachios while Fried Chicken arrives as piping-hot tenders that pair well to vibrant Sauce. Onward with textbook Carbonara in a sharable portion, plus NoMaD’s Croque Madame loaded atop a housemade Croissant, fans will no doubt know of Humm’s famous truffled Chicken here offered as a dippable Sandwich that fully replicates the original taste at 1/3 the price. Limited to just one Dessert, but Making up for it in French Toast plus Pancakes, the former slices a Cinnamon Roll before soaking and griddling while the latter offers a fluffy stack of three topped tableside with flaming Bananas, Walnuts and Ricotta.
Nice ambience. Appetizers were really good
