Ordered a burger with bacon and cheese to go, bacon was $12 extra which seems a bit scammy, and the burger doesn’t come with fries. Burger was ok, came with lettuce and thousand island dressing, not worth $46 though.

They got above a one star rating because we were a fairly large unannounced group and they were able to accommodate us (it was pretty empty so again don’t feel too bad).Service was just abysmal. At one point, someone in our group complained about their drink and they admitted two ingredients they were out of so they substituted what they thought were okay ingredients instead of explaining to choose something else.Getting refills on drinks was near impossible otherwise (shoutout to the busser though keeping water filled!).And then trying to pay was also an impossibility as our server just disappeared for a good 15 minutes and dropped off the credit card reader in a state that we weren’t able to use.

Tasty cocktails and great fancy bar food, perfect for stopping in before a VGK game or a show. I had the Chicken French Dip which was a very large portion (note the Aus jus is much thicker than a normal Aus jus) and the Hot Lips cocktail. The drink was supposed to be smokey because of the mezcal, but I didn't find it to be particularly mezcal forward, and actually preferred it the way it was, like a normal spicy margarita. Thought they could add a jalapeño garnish in the cocktail just for a little more spice. It was busy in the venue because there was a VGK game happening, but the servers waited tables as quickly as they could, all while being personable and friendly. Ambiance started off with upbeat music, but my understanding is that there is a piano player that comes in later at night. Overall a great dinner experience.

Just a couple of updates to my last review. They need to redo the cocktail menu. It's a bar, and it isn't creative or extensive. And second - PLEASE change back to your original fries. They were thin and crispy. For some reason they walked away from 'don't fix what's working' and had fries that were large like steak fries- but quickly became soft, mushy and sad. Thanks!

Food was underwhelming for the price. Appetizers were just ok but the Prime Rib Sandwich was joke for the cost - do not order. Nice classy decor but very dark inside - saw several people using their phone flashlight just to read the menu. Service was friendly and attentive.

Had a great experience here, was seated promptly when we arrived for our reservation. Pictured are the NoMad Breakfast, Scampi, French Toast, Hamachi Ceviche with Beausoleil Oysters, and a coffeeKid-friendliness: They were accommodating to us having a stroller

Had a 630 reservation and never got seated, then the restaurant texted us 4 hours later that our table was almost ready. Girl working the counter was off putting and seated multiple walk ins while we were waiting.

The seafood bites were good. The carpaccio is amazing and melts in your mouth. Everything is a bit pricey, but that's Vegas. The service was good. I love this bar because of the piano player and always being able to sing along. I was a bit upset they didn't have the drink Pink Elephant because it's my absolute favorite! I ordered a Paloma and it wasn't great. Overall, this place is still worth trying.

I dined here for lunch on March 4, 2023 with some friends just before heading out to catch UFC 285 across the street at T-Mobile Center. Literally just steps away from the Center. The stylish and oh-so elegant Nomad Bar is located inside of the Nomad Hotel, a boutique hotel within the Park MGM Hotel. According to their website, "The NoMad Bar showcases the creative and award-wining cocktail program from the NoMad team, recently named best in America. Expect to find a menu of seasonal fare that balances freshness and comfort, and a drink offering that spans from classics to cocktail explosions."Popular dishes include homemade duck sausage and lemon poppy seed pancakes, to oysters, fried chicken, a black truffle tart, and a roasted New York Strip with two sunny-side up eggs.Service here is top notch. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their dishes.

Stopped by for pre-show bites and drinks since we were staying in the MGM Grand. Super conveniently located in the lobby and since we were visiting from the east coast, also super easy to get early reservations. Classy and romantic ambiance - this would also be a great spot generally for date night!I normally don't eat much at cocktail bars, but NoMad had a decent selection of slightly more elevated "bar fare"! The Hat Trick is a great choice for trying a little bit of everything; I think the highlight may have surprisingly been the fried chicken! I also had the shrimp tacos which were also very tasty.Cocktails were also strong which is a plus, and service was quick! Will be keeping this spot in mind as a solid, classy pregame location for the next time I'm in Vegas!

It's a very bad sign when you walk out of a place and both you and your dining companion say "That was gross". But that really happened. This was so disappointing. We have stayed at the NoMad and been wanting to try their dining options but never got around to it - or they have been closed. We were excited to finally get to try the NoMad Bar for an early mid-week dinner. We made a reservation and were a little early. We were shown to a banquette table in the dark bar/dining room. Our server was pleasant enough but it didn't feel genuine.. it seemed almost like he thought we were not worthy of this vaunted dining experience. I asked for wine recommendations after ordering a starter of half a dozen oysters and he seemed to grudgingly bring me a taste of the Sauvignon Blanc, which was ok but overpriced for a wine you can get at 7-11, served here for $18 a glass. The oysters were also just but overpriced as well ($27 for six). The presentation is a little unusual in that the mignonette is already applied. But not bad. It was all downhill from there. My SO was planning on ordering the burger, but our server talked him out of that and steered us strongly towards the Wagyu Prime Rib Sandwich. That was not good. The meat was dried out and not tasty. Even with the horseradish cream and the au jus, it was still weirdly dry tasting. Hard pass and $32 to boot. As I'm the oyster lover in this couple, I ate almost all of the bivalves and didn't want a full dinner after that, so I ordered the oddly named appetizer "Seafood Bites" - fried shrimp and scallops but you wouldn't know that unless you ask. This dish was too too much. The fry didn't taste fresh and there was just way too much breading. It was an especially bad tempura. A much lighter hand was needed with the breading and fresher oil. And this was $31. We were both feeling unwell and unsatisfied when we left. This was over $110 before tip for what was an unpleasant and relatively light dinner. Disappointing all the way around. And yeah, a little gross.

NoMad Bar is a can’t miss place. Nestled inside Park MGM is this elegant Bar. The atmosphere is amazing. The serving staff is top notch. Joel is one of the best serves we’ve had at any restaurant in Vegas and we eat out a lot. The NoMad Bar Brunch is one of if not the Best on the strip. The cinnamon roll French toast is so delicious, best French toast. The Wagyu Beef dish and the Dry Aged Beef Burger are so flavorful and just hit the spot. The lattes are so smooth and tasteful. This place is a can’t miss when visiting Las Vegas. Nick the GM and his staff at NoMad Bar took great care with it Brunch and it felt like a personalized dining experience. Thank you to everyone!
