Service was excellent, she was the only server on yesterday at 6pm but I didn't catch her name. The signature noodles were as always excellent, rich broth, fresh cilantro, plenty of beef and of course fresh noodles cooked perfect. The shrimp har gwar was nice, stuffing well seasoned and cooked right. The only disappointment was the kung pao chicken, it had no spice although you could see red peppers fried with it. It lacked flavor and spice but the chicken was tender. A good size portion but perhaps we will stick to chow mein next time.

Customer service is great! I was skeptical of the size of the noodle at first but after having it. Oh my goodness gracious! It is amazing! The noodle melts in my mouth. Beef was nice and tender it was hard to chew at it! The broth was flavorful. I would definitely come back again! Happy customer!

The only thing that was lacking was the shrimp shumai. But EVERYTHING ELSE was absolutely amazing. The duck was savory with crispy skin. The ribs were tender, juicy, and a combination of sweet and savory (similar to kalbi ribs). The noodles were spicy and chewy but not too much if either. The scallion dumplings were crispy on top and bottom, nice chew where the wrapper wasnt crisped, and the meat was tender and savory with a wonderful and not too overpowering scallion flavor. I will definitely eat here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Their noodles and broth are great but the beef portion and veggies are smaller in quantity compared to Shiang Mian.

This is a restaurant that features Chinese flour style shop. It focuses on various types of noodles, savory pancakes, and rice. There are many meats and side dishes that accompany the main fare of noodles, etc. The Mongolian beef pie and Chinese pancake beef burrito are good examples of the types of fare it serves. Of course it also serves the traditional beef broth noodle with 3 type of noodles shapes. Overall, the food is tasty and good.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food I would like to give it a 4 star. But if you’re looking for alternative choice for Chinese food, I would recommend it. Good service, food taste good but more in fusion style. Price is reasonable. Recommend this

Stopped by today to grab a few apps. The Spicy wontons definitely needs more chili oil. I was slightly disappointed they werent sitting in oil. But still very tasty. The wings were amazing. I love the pepper mixture that came on them. Add a very unexpected flavor. The dumplings were very good. I would have loved another side of sauce.

My mom from HK is visiting and was craving some home comforts. I was planning on taking her elsewhere but the wait was almost an hour long. With a car full of starving children and my mom, that wasn't going to cut it. Their menu was the closest thing to what my mom was looking for, so we came here. From the outside, I wasn't even sure if they were open. I sent my oldest in to snag a table while I wrestled my other kiddos. My mom went in - she didn't come back out - so it was a promising sign. When I walked in, I was surprised how spacious it was (I knew they had a small number of seats so I envision cramped space). My family sat comfortably in a booth/table combo. The menu had a lot of options that even my pickiest eaters had options. When I say picky, I mean they're plain hamburger - possibly no bun kinda picky). Service was pretty great. There was only 1 person managing the front of the house. The tables that came in after us had a bit of a wait but nothing impossible or terribly long. The food came out fast and hot. It's cool you have full view of the kitchen through the window. My mom commented that the noodles were delicious. My oldest devoured the green beans. My pickiest of eaters enjoyed the grilled beef short ribs and grilled pork chop. I enjoyed that my kiddos were all happy full and fed. I enjoyed that my mom was happy. When we left, my mom asked me how I found this place and I told her I read reviews. She asked that I write one and make sure I tell everyone that this was really good, even better than the noodle shops in Hong Kong. She talked about this place a few days later and told my husband that I had to take him there sometime. Will do, mom, will do!

Came in last night after the wait at Shang Artisan was an 1.5 hours. The Noodle Man didn't not have a wait and the service and food was top notch! There was only one server working and she took it like a champ! She waited four tables and managed to provide timely assistance. This location is not big, it only had five tables and a bar for customers to watch the noodles being made. My wife and I ordered with our eyes and not our stomachs because we ordered two appetizers and two entrees. We ordered the beef rolls, scallion pancakes, chicken knife cut noodles, and the duck noodle. The flavors were finger licking good. I wished they gave more sauce for the beef rolls, and that the noodles had a spice level.

The menu at The Noodle Man is extensive, with a wide variety of noodle dishes, stir-fries, and dumplings. Some of the most popular dishes include the Chow Mein, and the Spicy Wontons. The noodles are all made fresh daily, and the sauces are made with care. The vegetables are also fresh and crisp. The service at The Noodle Man is friendly and efficient. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu and can help you choose the right dish. The restaurant is also reasonably priced, making it a great option for a casual meal.Overall, The Noodle Man is a great place to get a delicious and authentic Chinese meal. The food is fresh, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas.

Having car serviced up the street walked here. so glad I did. The food was made fresh as I watched from the counter. I got the Chef's Special fish fried rice with a Thai tea. It was absolutely delicious and a family size portion. I'll get 4-5 meals out of one serving. The Thai teas was refreshing and went well with the meal. I'll be back and am looking forward to trying other dishes.
