The nori offers unique and delicious hand rolls made using high quality fish. I’ve tried most of their hand rolls and you cannot go wrong with any of them. The miso eggplant is their signature roll and does not disappoint. Even you’re not an eggplant lover, this hand roll is still delicious. They also have a very good happy hour with lots of discounted food offerings.

Service at Nori is attentive and knowledgeable, with staff who are well-versed in the menu....

I happened to come across this little spot off the strip - best serendipitous find! The quality of the good is top notch, the service is great, and prices are reasonable. Way better than the hand roll joint in the Cosmo. I had the Otoro sashimi starter, uni & Otoro handroll, salmon belly handroll, salmon truffle handroll, Hokkaido scallop handroll, and eggplant handroll. All were very solid but the stars were the salmon truffle handroll and shockingly the eggplant handroll....

Finally! I'm been looking at this place for along time but by husband didn't seem interested. I've been craving some blue crab roll so I went in on my own. Greeted and sat down immediately and staff was very nice. To my surprise it was HH and the prices and selections were great. I had the blue crab , otoro, miso cod hand roll all were amazing. I also ordered the braised pork belly with an egg. I definitely will be back to try other items.
