Prepare to wait 1hr plus but totally worth it. We went around 2am and waited 1 1/2 hour but again worth every second. Delicious and nestolgic.
The clam chowder is fully loaded with lobster, crab and clams. The bullionroast was spectacular. I would have never guessed this place was phenomenal. It is worth the wait in line. Dan, Dena, and Angel the chef were an amazing team.

Best oyster bar in all of las Vegas it's a bit pricey, just don't go there during weekends very long wait . Best time to go between 5am to 8am on the weekdays .. this place is so worth it
Delicious lunch!
The Palace Station Oyster Bar is easily one of my favorite spots in Vegas. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. I had the oysters and a seafood combo, and both were incredible. The oysters tasted fresh and clean, and the seasoning on the rest of the seafood was spot on.
The staff are friendly and know their stuff, making great recommendations and keeping things running smoothly even when it’s busy. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
The vibe is casual but still feels special, and watching the chefs work right in front of you adds to the whole experience. The portions are generous, and the quality makes it worth every penny.
If you’re a seafood lover, this place hits all the right notes. Fresh food, great service, and that classic Vegas energy that makes you want to come back again.

The culinary experience here is a celebration of refinement and balance-a sophisticated dialogue between East and West, orchestrated with remarkable precision. The menu's highlights, from the delicately seasoned oysters to the velvety seafood soup infused with coconut, evoke the coastal kitchens of Southeast Asia while embracing a contemporary Western sensibility. Each dish reveals an expert command of flavor layering: the subtle sweetness of coconut, the saline depth of the sea, and the restrained heat of aromatic spices, all harmonizing without a single note overpowering another.
The pasta offerings are particularly intriguing
—an elegant intersection of European technique and Asian soul-while the fried and steamed rice dishes ground the experience in authenticity and comfort.
There is an evident respect for traditional ingredients, yet a willingness to reimagine them with modern finesse.
Having explored the culinary landscapes of Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, I was astonished to find this level of authenticity and craftsmanship here in Las Vegas. The chef's ability to translate the essence of Far Eastern coastal cuisine into a cosmopolitan context is nothing short of remarkable. Each bite feels both nostalgic and novel-an eloquent expression of global gastronomy executed with passion, precision, and poetic restraint.

Years since stepping foot into this casino. Needed a remodel, and it looks better. Misplaced my phone and was happy to find it was turned in with nothing missing.

Really small bar maybe 14 to 16 people total to sit in. But a local favorite and the wait can be long. The food is really really good and at $25 to $50 a plate. The plates are very fulfilling but this is not a family friendly stop.

Food is great. But not sure about food handling. Chef touching all the raw seafood is also touching and serving the finished plates food wearing the same unwashed gloved hands. 90 min wait at 10am. Again not sure if the food is this much wait. But worth trying once. Wouldn't wait longer than that.

Best seafood restaurant in Las Vegas. Expect to wait in line, everybody does all the time. Always work the wait. Never come to you or pass through Las Vegas without stopping and getting some.

Food is excellent however google maps says there's usually a 30 minute wait at 6:00pm each day however it's actually 2 hours & up to 3 hours any time after 1:00pm daily. If you're local I'd recommend the same oyster bar/menu at Sunset Casino or Santa fe Casino
