Beautiful patio dining. Food is consistently good. Service is top notch. Very accommodating. This is my go to place for a relaxed breakfast, brunch or lunch. Easy parking, very friendly people in the hotel as well as the restaurant.

The outdoor seating is beautiful. Indoor seating is nice. Wonderful ambiance, moderate noise level due to good tunes, public kitchen, and expected guest's conversations. If you're looking for a chill vibe, outdoors is where to go. DELICOUS FOOD!!! We had the sausage rigatoni, gnocchi, meatballs, and truffle fries. Can't wait to try ALL of the $6 pastas. Friendly and quick staff. With the public kitchen, you can tell the cooks love working there. The sound of the sizzles, and aroma is exquisite.

We love this place. All adult with a great vibe. However this visit, which is one of many, was tainted by a very bad server. It took him 20 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. It took another 15 minutes to get them.. by that point the ice was half melted in them. Then it took another 15 minutes for him to come back and take our order. We actually had to stop him and ask if we could place our order! By that point we were sitting at 45 minutes. By the time we got our food, we'd been there an hour and 15 minutes. There were three tables that came and went in the time we were actually served! That is unacceptable.... The guy was totally clueless. The bus guy actually took pity on us and got us coffee because the server never came back. As usual the food was great and the vibe is upscale casual. We will go back, but will not sit anywhere near this server's area again. If we end up with him, we will ask to be moved.

Server Brian wasn't so warm and friendly. The 2 person table is so small for 2 people. For us, we ordered 4 entries plus drinks so table was so tight and uncomfortable.

Had a reservation at noon. Seated quickly, but not greeted by our server for over 30 mins. I commented on them being "on it" upon arrival, and the hostess said this was slow for them. Food came out cold for our party of 4, eggs benny was very lime heavy, but at that point we were too hungry and with new company to complain further. It was clear our table was an oversight even after multiple times of us walking up to the hostess. I don't want to believe this is the norm, because many around us were served quick and out of there before we were served. And the manager on both shifts was attentive, offered dessert, but we only wanted to leave at that point. Unfortunate, and they said they discounted our meal (I did not pay, but with a $15 tip and food it was about $115). Cute spot, but loud, so our older guest could not engage in conversation. Maybe the patio would've been a better choice. All in all I sadly will not be back.

Looking for a mediocre restaurant? The Pepper club is sure to leave you and your group completely unsatisfied!
We came here to celebrate a birthday and had reservations set, they made everyone wait extra because they did not have the table ready.
You will be waiting forever for your server and your food.
But overall great drinks 🍹

The food sucks and so do the people who own this place. Terrible brunch, terrible drinks, terrible atmosphere.

I came here from a listing of non-Strip must-stop-at restaurants, and I'm so glad I did. The staff is so warm and friendly, and my server Yoshi was so sweet. I went around 11:30 on a Thursday and it was quiet, but once noon hit several large parties came in for lunch.

I ordered a cocktail and a dish. The strawberry basil bliss was so refreshing and perfectly balanced - not too sweet, not too tart. I was going to walk over to the outlets after this, so I only sipped the one, but I would thoroughly have enjoyed a second one.

The ube French toast - oh my God. I'm going to dream about that dish until I can come back to have it again. When I say it was stuffed with ube cream, I mean STUFFED. If you're going to go for this, then don't bother ordering an appetizer or a side - not sure you'll have the room for it unless you're that hungry. I didn't even put syrup on it because the ube cream is perfectly sweetened and whipped to a perfect consistency of thickness without giving peanut butter vibes (nothing wrong with PB, just comparing for texture!). You get two stuffed-to-the-brim slices, so you could always split this plate with another person if you wanted to try another item.

I may swing by again before I go for their summer peach French toast...

My sister and I had a late brunch here
And that Ube French toast did NOT disappoint,
And neither did the pork meatballs nor the fingerling potatoes . Lina , our server went out of her way to make this a great experience for us, she even personally prepared a latte for my sister.
Quirky and fun place in the arts district .
Loved it !

As soon as 10pm hits they announce to the entire establishment that noise needs to be kept to a minimum. Super awkward paying to eat at a library. Also ironically, the food needed more pepper. 1/5 would not recommend
