We brought 12 13 year olds into this ice cream shop while in town for a tournament - the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful & patient! The girls all got to sample ice creams and loved their selections! The single scoop serving was huge! We initially chose this place because of their multiple vegan flavors (Food allergies on the team) - it was a hit! Major thanks to the staff working who handled our large group!

I'm making sure to write a review so that I can remember to come here again when I'm in Vegas. We had scoops of ice cream and an order of Okinawa Milk Tea in a bear bottle. The bear bottle costs extra but I didn't care because I wanted it. I also had a macaron sandwich. The flavor was good but I wished it was a little more soft.

I love scoop LV. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was chill where you would go here to hang out with friends while getting dessert. I got the milkshake and absolutely loved it. I just finished lunch at a brazilian steakhouse, so I was pretty full, but even then the creamy drink hit just right. The shake was creamy and icy, so more like a frappuccino consistency than a creamy milkshake and I loved it. It was heavy and sweet, but not too heavy to feel guilty about consuming a whole dessert by yourself. Incredibly cheap prices and I would definitely come back!

The service was fast on a Sunday night and literally no other customers around. With a place like this, I'd expect that this is quite rare since it does seem like a cool hang out spot. 5/5 stars overall

Tonight walked in 30mins prior to closing and was told by 3 younger females that they were cleaning up when I went to place my order for a drink. So uhh? You can't take my order ? Okay, great! Then they start laughing and giggling amongst each other. At that point it just seemed so unprofessional. Yes , I understand it's 30mins prior to closing but still just felt so awkward and disrespectful.

Win win situation ehh'!A plus on their halo-halo is that they add boba to it :) and that they don't skimp on the fillings. Thank you staff!!they also have a rewards system. Service was great as always. Haven't been back in awhile but we needed another bear bottle so we came mainly for that. Their shake menu is funny because that's how I would order. "That shake with coffee..." lol. Ambiance was cool just like the flavors of ice cream. Wall graffiti/art suits the place and I like that they do have an arcade you can play on.
