We went during restaurant week and had a really good experience. Short staffed but server/bartender was still on top of things. We ordered from the restaurant week menu which was fixed pricing and it included a glass of wine. Comfortable seating in restaurant area. Large bar lots of TVs. A great neighborhood bar & grill will definitely go back.

I’ve been going to The Ridge for several years now, and it’s honestly not the same anymore. This place at one point used to be packed, with wonderful workers. The way they treat regulars now has gone downhill tremendously, except for when John’s working grave on the weekends. Me and husband were there tonight for a couple of hours, played quite a bit, had a few drinks from the tap, and ordered 1 side of loaded tots, and when it came time to close out, the bartenders who have served us before, spent a couple of minutes debating whether they should comp our bill or not. In the end, they charged us for the meal. It’s not even about the money, it’s just disappointing after being loyal for so long. Sadly, this isn’t the welcoming Ridge I used to love. After tonight, I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

My wife and I played over $200 tonight… my wife has been coming here for 7 years. We started the night by tipping beforehand. At the end of the night we had a bill of $58.
After watching the bartenders debate for over 2 minutes whether they should charge us or not… They charged us $16 for food…
This place used to actually payout and comp generously. Especially when you were consistently playing on the machines. Unfortunate.
We went for birthday party .beautiful inside food is good. Will come back to watch games

In Vegas, bar and grill restaurants are a dime a dozen. This place feels different. The food is wonderful and the service has always been great. There is a server there that has won my heart. She is only one person but , it is very obvious that she is they're glue. I believe her name is Kate? She is amazing. If the food isn't great she definitely makes up for it with her company and beautiful smile!

The chicken wings were really salty, the bartender (Jake) didn't talk to us, only took our order and barely got us drinks. Never asked for another drink. All in all, it’s a cool bar to be in, but not the best experience.
